They do not fulfill their contractual committments. They do not finish the job as per their contract. They do not know Ontario Building Codes and are a real threat to safety. They tore down supports in house without the proper replacements in place. They do not show up when they are scheduled. They take your money and leave clients extremely dissatisfied. I could go on and on but it makes my blood boil.

Hired JAM Waterproofing to waterproof my home. Initially, I was told that it would take two weeks. After many many delays and no shows, the job was completed in four months. There were countless absences when they would just disappear without any warning. The work was finally completed but they failed to return to fix some grading problems which they said they would do. I would not recommend them to anyone.
