Started with the showroom - we were given great service. Picked out what we liked and scheduled a visit for a quote. The owner Peter came out with his son and did two separate quotes, one for each floor. We choose to first do the installation on the top floor first. The installers were timely, efficient, courteous and did a fantastic job laying the floor. We were very happy and we are soon going to complete the job by having the main floor done!

The contractor for Speers Flooring was tidy, efficient and accurate. We had almost no wasted tiles and our grout is staying clean years later. I always recommend Speers Flooring! Thank you for a job well done.

We have renovated a laundry room/ mud room, and wanted a clean white appearance. My wife had picked "white washed" laminate which was a special order. It was delivered in a week, half of the time promised, at a good cost. The final result is stunning, thanks to good color match and good materials used for the project.

Would highly recommend Speers Flooring. Had hardwood flooring installed a few weeks ago and was very happy with the service from my in store visit to installation. The products are good quality. The customer service was exceptional at every level. Wayne in store was very helpful. Peter (owner) came out to measure, explained everything and provided a detailed and reasonable estimate promptly. Answered all my questions right away. The product came in and was installed within a couple of weeks. They delivered on what was promised. The installation crew were great! Andre and Dennis were prompt, friendly, quick and did a great job. Andre explained everything. I would have to say that Speers flooring provided the best home reno experience and I would definitely use them again.

Could you please tell the two men that came and installed our new floors in the back entrance, kitchen and bathroom, I am sorry I have forgotten their names, how pleased we are with the end result. We found them to be very clean and tidy very. Very good hard workers and they did not stop to take a break and what an excellent job they did. I would recommend them to our friends. Another thing is they showed up on time as they said they would and cleaned up and did not leave any mess. Also please tell them we appreciated them taking and putting back the frig and stove. All the employees at Speers flooring are always friendly and help me get the job completed. I purchased walnut flooring for my own house and it was ready on time and is a great product.

Every once in awhile you get great service, very competitive pricing and things are just done as advertised. Greg Adams the floor consultant was very personable, honest and punctual. Floors were installed punctually and beautifully. And the kicker was there was no neighbourhood tax. Some of you know the disheartening sense that your quote is being inflated since you live in a nicer house/neighbourhood. In our case a competitor calculated square footage greater than my figure (and my figure was generously rounded up). Then the competitor wanted overage (the principle is acceptable ie he needs extra wood since pieces are cut and there is some wastage of wood). Then the competitor wanted to charge installation on the overage ie I had to pay for phantom installation on extra square footage of wood that was not to be used--> not acceptable. Competitor also wanted another $3/sq foot to level the floor (since it is a basement concrete floor) on top of installation. This got me looking into other flooring companies and that is when I contacted Greg at Speers flooring. Greg on the other hand didn't think leveling was necessary and when this was confirmed by his installer the leveling estimate (which was 1/10 th of the competitors) was promptly removed. His overage rate was much lower and his measurements much more accurate. (His square footage including overage was much lower than the competitor's and even lower compared to mine). There were no hidden or additional costs. I would use Greg Adams/Speers flooring and their installers again and I would highly recommend them. Honest no fuss professional service. Bravo Greg et al. Speers Flooring installed hardwood flooring in three upstairs bedrooms and hallway, and cork flooring in our basement family room. Our flooring consultant and project coordinator kept in constant contact with my husband and me concerning all aspects of the the project, and the installers were highly skilled, on time each morning, and also were wonderful with respect to keeping us informed of how the project was progressing. The Speers team consists of true professionals. Overall, the materials, craftsmanship and service are superior to say the least, and we would highly recommend Speers Flooring to anyone considering new flooring for their homes.

Speers flooring installed hardwood in my 3 bedrooms upstairs. They originally estimated it to be a two day job but the installation crew arrived early and finished everything in a day. The crew was fast and efficient and they did a great job - the floors look amazing. Also, at the store, Greg was really knowledgable and helpful when we were choosing the type of hardwood we wanted. We never get rushed even though we had a lot of questions. All in all, a great experience and a very competitive price. We will definitely use them again for future projects!
