Exceptional service and workmanship

Purchase and installation of tile for kitchen backsplash Based on our experience, the staff are experienced and know their product, providing realistic suggestions. They do not up-sell and are honest about what will work and what to avoid in particular situations. We found them to be most helpful in identifying complimentary colours and designs that would work with our overall design. Our experience with the installation was equally as favorable. They made a serious effort to work within our preferred schedule which is greatly appreciated! The installers were courteous, extremely professional, efficient and did a great job in cleaning up after the job was finished. The entire experience was pleasurable and we would highly recommend Speers Flooring. Particular thanks to Greg.

A great experience

tile foyer, powder room, hardwood hall, living, dining, family rooms From first entering the store, everyone was knowledgable and helpful. Peter can measured and sent a very detailed estimate with all the possible options listed to select from the next day. When we placed our order they worked their two teams (tiler and wood installers) around our schedule, were on time, clean, helpful and tried to minimize the disruption to us. The work was done professionally and fast. The crew certainly takes pride in their work and are perfectionists. Thanks again Peter and thank your crew. It made this major project a great experience.

Great company, great service and integrity

floor tiling and bathroom shower tiling We have used Speers flooring several times now to install hardwood in major parts of the house. Recently, we decided it was time to update the kitchen... and eventually almost the entire main floor.

We knew we wanted to have Speers install the new floor. They referred us to Roy and his company A&M Custom Cabinetry (see my other review) and through Roy, Tony and his company ACC Contracting (see my other reviews).

This review is for Speers. They were contracted to install tiling in our new kitchen, foyer, bathroom and mudroom. The service people were great to work with. They helped us source a tile even though they did not carry it themselves. This was great as we knew that we would get quality workmanship for the installation. This was proven to be true as they demonstrated concern and integrity when a small bump occurred during the installation. If it were anyone else, we may have been in big trouble. The issues were resolved timely and they went the extra extra mile to make sure that we were happy and not inconvenienced.

This experience really reinforced why we have gone back repeatedly to Speers (in particular Peter Ricci) for great work.

Attached is a picture (before/after) of the main renovation of our kitchen.

Greg, Jozef &Peter were great

Hardwood floor Installation LR/DR The service was very professional and efficient. All questions were answered and the estimate was done easily and promptly. The installation team was very experienced and they finished the job in a day and left no mess! The friendly staff made any interaction very pleasant.

Great Job

Front hall, laundry, power room tile. We were very happy with the work done for us by Speers Flooring. The tile looks fantastic and the installers were quick, friendly and kept the mess to a minimum.

Speers Flooring - outstanding customer service

Installation of ceramic tiles For this project,we dealt with Vince Ricci (owner/manager), Christine and Lydia (in store) and Seegas and Eddie (tile installers).
From start to finish, everyone was very professional, understanding, and always helpful. We highly recommend Speers Flooring to all our friends and family.

Happy with kitchen floor

Tiles We were very happy with Speers work on the tiling. There was a problem a few months later and they came right away to fix it. The installation was good and the clean up very good. They did our kitchen

Floor expertly installed

New floor We were very pleased with the advice and assistance we received in choosing a suitable floor for our unheated sunroom. We ended up choosing cork and were very happy with the results and the attractive baseboard Speers installed.

Peter ( owner) very professional,Tomasz (installer)highly skilled

hardwood flooring throughout home From start to finish Peter(owner)measured,quoted,answered every question we had, and returned calls promptly. The staff at Speers Flooring was not only professional, but very knowledgeable on all their products and services. Their showroom provided a wide variety of selection, with friendly, competent staff. Our installer, Tomasz, was a pleasure to have in our home, and paid great attention to detail as do all their intallers. Overall,Speers Flooring was very well organized, efficient and courteous;it is no wonder they have a established such a great reputation. We would not hesitate to highly recommend them - we are very impressed. We love our new floors!

Satisfied Overall

Supply of tile My overall experience with Speers Flooring was very good. They are very knowledgable, friendly and attentive. Their suggestions were great and we did implement many of them. My only disappointment was the amount of broken tiles. It may just be the breakage is acceptable or they cracked during shipment by me in which case, it's all good.
