We hired 310-RENO after hearing about them a few times on talk radio and meeting with them. Though I'm not a big fan of radio endorsements or any type of endorsement for that matter, we decided to invite them over for a quotation. 310-RENO's pricing was right in the middle of the estimates we received. We were actually happy that they showed up for the initial meeting because at least 2 contractors were no-shows. After all of the nightmare experiences I've seen on television and heard about from friends, I was really happy that my experience was smooth and straightforward. The work completed in our house was handled very well by this company. We worked primarily with Dave, Dale, Mike and Jason and each of these gentleman were professional and courteous. I can't see this company doing a bad job or leaving any client unsatisfied, that's just the way they seem. I would give them two thumbs up.

I had 2 bathrooms renovated in the Fall of 2012. I spent a long time searching for a skilled contractor I could trust. I worked with Daniel Major from 310 Reno and he was outstanding. His quality of workmanship was exactly what I was looking for. He has tremendous experience and knowledge in home renovations. 310RENO was recommended to me by a close friend, so I gave them a call and met with Mike. We began discussions to layout my goals and expectations for the project. From the onset of our communications I felt comfortable working with 310RENO. Their quote came in a bit higher than the other estimates I received but I felt confident in this company more than the others. After we decided to move forward we received a very functional design for the space and worked with it. I like to get my hands dirty a bit and wanted to pitch in a bit to save a couple thousand dollars and 310-RENO had had no problem with this. Mike gave me a few lessons before I started my portion of work (installing insulation, laminate flooring, and painting) and pointed out my errors and helped me to correct them when I was complete. In the end, the project turned out beautiful, exceeded my expectations and I was able to save a decent amount of money. The project took a bit longer than I anticipated but I understand these things happen especially when you're working with a company as meticulous as this one. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and would use 310-RENO again for future projects.

My renovation project was quite extensive and involved the complete overhaul of our 4 bedroom income property. This included a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a living room and basement. We had hired a different contractor at first who began the project by gutting the place after receiving a significant deposit. Once the place was gutted, this guy disappeared and could not be found. We then found 310-RENO. Mike and Sean's crew have a strong commitment to their clients and their customer service skills exceed most organizations that I've come across. They were very detail oriented, organized, communicative, and patient. These guys were always researching the current and best practices for each step, and I can admire that dedication from any professional. They were both very understanding and made me feel very comfortable throughout my paranoia that developed from our previous experience. From a property owner to other owners looking for a honest contractor, I highly recommend this company. You can definitely put your confidence in 310RENO and be worry free. I had 310 Reno come in last year to finish my kitchen. I have done renovations in the past and was prepared for the "situations" that sometimes come up. I can honestly say that there were no such occurrences. They came up with a plan that easily fit my budget and executed it without a hitch. A year along the road now and it still looks beautiful. My wife decided a couple months after the reno was done that she wanted to install vintage knobs that she had come across and Sean fit it into his schedule right away. We had bought a house under power sale. Although the condition of the house was not terrible, it did need some face-off. The kitchen was in need of total renovation. For this project, we had invited several contractors to our places to give us a quote. Since we had use Daniel, one of the project managers from 310RENO, before, we also invited him for an estimate. Again, Daniel was the only one who would listen to our questions carefully and answer in detail. He was able to explain every step clearly and make us understand why he needs to do this and that. He also gave us some suggestions on the work. We were confident that he would do a good job. Therefore, we decided to work with 310RENO again. The work started on time, and the majority of the work was finished rather fast. Since we had to wait for countertop (need 2-3 weeks lead time), the project was paused until the countertop was delivered and installed (both from Homedepot). Then, he came to finish up the job. The project was finished within the proposed time frame. The result was nice. The kitchen was now the focal point of the house. We were happy with our new kitchen, and we will definitely consider using 310RENO again.

The tile in our bathroom was outdated and some of them were showing cracks. The scope of the work was to replace the old tiles around the tub, the old/broken shower faucet, the old floor tiles, and the toilet. We had invited at least 5 contractors to our place to give us a quote before Daniel, one of the project managers from 310 RENO. Daniel listened carefully what we need to do with our bathroom, and he explained in detail what and how he was going to do this project. He was able to explain every step clearly and make us understand why he needs to do this and that. This is very important to us since surprisingly none of the previous 5 contractors was willing to give us more info on how they would do the job. It’s more like “Don’t worry. I will take care of it” kind of attitude. For us, if a contractor doesn’t let us know what’s involved in the project, how could we appreciate his work? Therefore, we decided to go with 310RENO. The project started on time and was finished within the schedule. The job site was kept clean and the result was very satisfying. We were happy with our new bathroom, and we will definitely consider using 310RENO again in the future. Li Jen

Mike entered our newly purchased home and saw the amazing potential with our space like we did. I understand that I may be quite a difficult person to work with because I have my own high-end design opinions with a limited budget, but Mike was patient throughout the entire project. We have an older home and my goal was to keep the character whilst incorporating many contemporary ideas and he did just that. We had our flooring redone, lighting changed, walls removed, bathrooms relocated, basically, this was a very large project and it was handled with much care.
