Ok ... so this is my second batch of windows with Ambia! Ambia did my entire second floor earlier this year and I was going to wait, but I decided to finish off my main floor windows as well. Once again Mike, Frank and his team came out gave me a great quote and then installed all 8 windows professionally and cleaned up beautifully. They were on time, courteous and professional ... another great job by Ambia!

Before deciding which company would replace and install our 15 windows, we have done our thorough research. For the amazing quality of the products offered, the best warranty in the market and competitive price, we decided to choose Ambia Windows and Doors, Inc. We are happy with our decision. The installers were prompt, friendly and careful with their job and with our belongings. The windows look great from the inside and from the outside. All details were taken into consideration. Mike (the sales rep) was knowledgeable, approachable and helped us by explaining every little detail about the products and the installation process. Tony was very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely recommend them.

We heard many good things about Ambia windows and Doors through a family member and a co-worker and decided to contact them to replace our home windows. We had 7 windows that needed to be replaced 3 of which were large and challenging windows. Tony came to our house to look at our windows and provide us with a quote for the work. He was extremely professional, reassuring, and knowledgable. Most importantly he provided us with a very competitive rate which other companies could not match. The work was completed in two days and we were very happy with the instillation, quality and performance of the windows. Tony checked in with us to ensure that Ambia met our expectations which they did. I would highly recommend Ambia for their superb customer service, quality of the product and competitive pricing.

We hired Ambia to install two double-pane casement windows, a patio door and a mud room door. The work was completed in a single day back in August and we have been very pleased with the results. After considering two other companies, we selected Ambia – not because they provided the lowest quote (their’s was in the middle) but because we felt the most confident about the quality of the products being installed, the reputed quality of the installation process and the warranty supporting them (lifetime for the 2 windows). Michael was quick to respond to our initial inquiries and came to do an onsite estimate within a few days. While the information he provided was, at times, very technical, he took a lot of time to explain the product and installation process as well as to answer all of our questions (including after we scheduled the work). Perhaps our only small complaint was that the windows and doors were supposed to be ready for installation between 6-8 weeks after ordering. However, we called to follow up once we hadn’t heard anything after 8 weeks. At that point, Ambia contacted the door manufacturer to inquire the reason for the delay, and things were put on track again. Eugene and his crew (one other person) did an amazing job installing the windows and doors. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and even stayed to repair inadvertent damage that occurred to the siding on our house during the installation. The cleanup was also impeccable and no debris was left behind. Tony even visited during the day to see if we were satisfied with the job so far and to let him know afterward if we had any concerns. We were extremely satisfied with the work Ambia did and would recommend them to anyone looking to install new windows or doors.

Tony and Eugene were great to work with. they had a competitive quote, did their work quickly and with minimal mess. We have already felt a difference in the temperature in the huse, and we are grateful given the winter that we are expecting!

We had first contacted a well-known company for a quote for 5 windows and a front door. We really wanted brick to brick but that salesman told us we should just do retrofit. He was in and out of our home in 15 minutes and told us we should to go their showroom. When Ambia Windows came to our house, Michael brought samples of windows with him so that we didn't have to go to the showroom. He was patient, well-spoken and knowledgeable and agreed with us getting brick to brick. My husband had no hesitation in hiring Ambia Windows over the other competitor! Our door is the highlight of our home and really modernized our 80+ year old home. The work was done efficiently and they even replaced the front door when they discovered a small dent. As well, we had some issues with our porch door and the installer kindly replaced the door sweep to prevent draft.

Michael did an excellent job recommending windows to replace our exiting windows. We brought in a number of companies to provide recommendations and prices and Ambia had the knowledge/experience we were looking for. We have some sound issues (bus stop outside of the house - and a busy street) and it was recommended that we use laminated glass to provide additional sound attenuation - which cannot be achieved by using triple pane vs. double pane windows as the increased sound attenuation is achieved by varying the thickness of the glass and thickness of the air space between the glass - not the number of glass panels. Having said this, he was right. Now that the windows are in there is a quite a noticeable difference - and we do not even need a "white noise" to drown the street sounds out when we are sleeping. In addition to the above the installers were very courteous and professional. Thanks Ambia.

We really did our homework. We researched via the Internet reviews on HomeStars, the Better Business Bureau and any other relevant information on numerous window and door replacement companies. The sales representative, Michael was congenial, helpful and knowledgeable. The quote was very competitive and they had a superior product. Installation went smoothly and Michael came by on both days to review work done and check in with us. The owner of the company, Tony came by too to check on the job and chat with us. Very contentious company - we will be using them again to replace all our basement windows in the near future.

I was introduced to Ambia Windows through Neighbourhood friends. I contacted Micheal and was immediately impressed with his demeanor on the phone and extensive knowledge window types and installation. I expected him to be knowlegeable but, he was extremely easy to talk to and explained my options in a very clear easy to understand way. He made himself available whenever I had questions and always got back to me in quick order. He came by at a time that was convenient for me to explain to both me and my wife options and show pictures of various styles and installations. He let me know the reasons behind pricing and what would be most suitable for my installation. Once we had agreed upon the installation, dates were set and the crew that came by was extremely efficient. They were very respectful of my home and made every effort to keep clean and careful. They also finished the job in good time as I had my windows done on all 3 floors along with patio doors and the installation with complete within the day. Micheal came by to ensure that the installation was going well and that I was happy with everything. Since the installation all has been good with my new windows and I am very pleased with the facelift it has given my home, not to mention the insulation efficiencies it adds. My windows were installed a few months ago and Micheal still remains in contact to follow up and ensure that I am happy with what was done. It was a great transaction all in all with great customer service. We recently had our bay window and all upper windows replaced by Ambia. Our sales rep Michael was very professional, from the initial presentation to the post work follow up. The installers were punctual, courteous and thorough. I was impressed that the casing around the bay window was added to match the window so that I didn't have to hire painters to match up the existing wood trim to the new windows. The range of colour options was good as well, which being a decorator is important to me. The colour choices were contemporary and would compliment both old and new homes. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Ambia to anyone interested in having their windows replaced.
