We found Todd at a home/landscape show. Of the people we spoke to there he was the most down to earth and yet professional at the same. He followed up on our call and soon had a detailed contract and drawing for our approval. We made a change at that time which was duly incorporated, and we made some changes as the work progressed. Todd made all the arrangements with the utilities for the "Locates to dig". "Todd's crew were very polite and accommodating. I had asked to lay the conduit for the wiring to the lamp post myself and they turned the site over to me one evening and continued the next day. When they were finished the property was left clean and orderly with no damage from the machines. We are very happy with the look and with the quality, and having done this type of work myself, I am very picky. The project has now gone through a winter, and nothing has budged. I felt confident that if there were any additions or repairs required, that Todd would be right there to get it done.

Very easy to work with. I asked to modify the plan after the original quote and the changes were easily incorporated. Fast and efficient on the job site. I couldn't be happier with the end product. The neighbours have commented on the quality of the work.

I recently hired TWG for interlocking steps, a walkway, and a garden wall in my front yard. The work was completed quickly and the crew was very curteous and professional. The final result is fantastic and I would definately use TWG for any future landscaping projects. What really sets TWG apart is the customer service experience you get with Todd and Tammy. Todd is very good at helping you make the right decisions about your project, including how to save money. We were in search of a landscaping contractor to replace our existing interlocked stone front entrance steps and re-landscape the front yard garden. We were 2 weeks from listing our house for sale and were in desperate need of some curb appeal. This was in July, a high demand time for this service yet Todd from TWG Landscaping returned my call within 2 hours and within 2 days he provided an estimate, which compared to others we received was reasonable. He also provided suggestions on design which we incorporated. An excellent job and experience all-round. The contractor (Chris) that was assigned was pleasant, respectful and worked diligently. He went over and above to resolve an issue uncovered with one of the posts and completed the work in the 3-day period that was originally estimated. They started and completed the job when they said they would and the end result was beautiful. We had many neighbours visit to admire our new curb appeal which included curved stone steps, limestone feature rocks and a new garden with plantings. I highly recommend TWG.

From start to finish the job was done professionally and exceptionally. Todd sat at length with us to go over what we envisioned and together with his crew, made our vision a reality with great advise and recommendations. The quality of the work was beyond what we could have imagined and we would certainly recommend TWG to anyone asking!! We are constantly getting compliments from our neighbours and have TWG to thank for that!! We'll be looking forward to using their services again next year when looking at redoing our backyard!

We found TWG on Homestars and requested a quote. TWG called us back right away. It was the first indication that they were customer focused and iwanted our business. I honestly cannot give them any less than a rating of 10. Everything was a ten! The design, the service and the quality of the work and the people. They delivered everything they promised, when they promised and what we requested. Todd the owner, provided suggestions, but listened to what we wanted. Todd was involved in the project throughout, but the workers on the job were also exceptional. They arrived on time, cleaned up and were very attentive every day they were here. They were obviously experienced and skilled, but also were very customer focused. Of special mention is Chris, the foreman who was very professional. If I was going to contract another job, I would not hesitate to use them again

TWG was recommended by a friend who was very complimentary about Todd and his crew. I was not disappointed. I sent emails to 2 landscaping contractors; Tammy responded promptly but I didn’t hear back from the other contractor. Our front lawn was in serious need of curb appeal – my husband and I didn’t really have a plan and left it entirely up to Todd. After discussing some ideas and our preferences, Todd came up with 2 design options. We picked one and went with it. The end result is AMAZING!!!! It was a pleasure working with Todd. He was very professional and businesslike and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about Todd’s team. They were very polite, hardworking, respectful and very neat – cleaned up at end of each day – no garbage was left behind. Front yard was completely redone with an interlock walkway integrating gardens and elevation changes. The finished product matched the design drawing in scope and materials. The project is a great marriage of form and function and the yard looks great. Todd and his employees were professional, knowledgable, punctual, fast and had excellent workmanship and attention to detail. The project was handled expertly from quote to cleanup. TWG recently built a patio in our backyard and we couldn’t be more pleased with how the vision turned out. Todd and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. We met with several different companies to get a quote for a patio and Todd really stood out. He met with us on several occasions and was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and creative. His company was the only one that provided us with drawings of different designs which was very helpful to visualize with our limited knowledge. His team arrived early and left late every day. They worked very hard and were able to finish the job in the time that they estimated. Any obstacle that they came across they took care of without any problem. The final product was above and beyond what we ever could have imagined. Todd listened and incorporated everything that we wanted. His further suggestions and confidence were exactly what we needed. Todd Gould and his team were excellent to work with. They were patient and professional and helped my husband and I plan the type of landscaping we wanted in front of our home.
