    Alex was fantastic!

    Exterior potlight installation I contacted Alex after finding his contact information on HomeStars. I booked an appointment to install 8 - 10 exterior potlights in my backyard. Alex and his crew arrived on time and after looking at the back of my house recommended that 6 exterior potlights would be best and would provide sufficient lighting. I found this to be very honest of him, as he easily could have just gone ahead and installed the 8-10 lights I had initially requested. His crew was very clean and proficient. They finished the job quickly and professionally. When he was finished the job, he told me that he noticed that a couple of the housings on the potlights at the front of my house which were installed by the builder a few years ago had dropped down, so he had one of his employees fix the lights. I would recommend Alex to anyone looking to have any type of electrical work done on their home, especially potlights. The exterior potlights are perfect and have made a huge difference for our home.

    Great work

    Basement and bathroom wiring and lighting We hired Mapleleaf Electric from the Homestars website for our basement and bathroom renovation after reading their great reviews. Alex Nunes arrived and gave us a fair quote to install all our required lighting and electrical outlets for our basement and new bathroom. Alex did a great job with all the new instillation work and even rewired all our existing pot lights as they were not properly wired! Alex also arranged for an electrical inspection to be done upon completion of his work, so I am very confident in the work that has been done. Alex was patient answering all my concerns and requests and my only reason for not giving them a "10" was that they didn't sweep up after themselves. A small, small, inconvenience. I would definiately hire them again and have already referred them to my neighbours.

    Pot lights Alex and his crew were very professional and friendly. They're very functual. Alex is very patient on answering questions and ready to educate you regarding the type of potlights with best results. A job well done! 13 pot lights installed, no mess and no holes on the ceiling, very professional and will surely recommend him to friends and will came him back soon for exterior pot lights and undercabinet lighting.

    great work

    knob and tube removal & potlight installation These guys are great! We had bought a house that had a some knob and tube wiring left in a couple of rooms. Alex and his crew did a great job updating the wiring, at reasonable cost, on time, and cleaned up after each day. (Another electrician told us that we would have to rewire the whole house and spend $8,000). They also did a great job installing potlights in our kitchen (plaster ceiling)..they look great.
    They were very precise, hard working and honest..I would recommend them for anyone looking to do electrical work.

    Exceptional service

    Installed Pot lights One phone call to place my order, accepted a job others declined, agreed to install on a Saturday, arrived 5 minutes late but called to advise, removed shoes when entering house, cleaned up before leaving, excellent work - exactly as promised and no hidden costs.     Another great job

    Electric re-wiring Once again had a nuisance job - and in an older home where nothing goes as expected! Alex and his team did a great job, thinking outside the box to come up with a creative solution that works really well and meets code. They are nice to deal with and do a quality job.

    kitchen potlights We called Mapleleaf Electric Inc. after seeing their great reviews on this website. And boy are we glad that we did. Alex and his crew arrived on time to do their work. They were very professional, and very patient with any questions that we had. Not only that, they kept the area clean as they worked, and things were tidied up after everything was done. We are very happy with the results, and there are no scratches or holes on the walls or ceilings. The work was done very clean and precised.
    A week later we called Alex back to install a rough-in for our pendant light in the kitchen. And again, Alex and his crew did a great job and gave us what we wanted. We would definitely recommend Mapleleaf Electric Inc. to anyone!

    Potlights We found alex from Mapleleaf Electric here on Homestars and I loved the reviews. I just knew I had to hire them to install 17 potlights in my dining room, kitchen, hallway& livingroom. My wife and I absolutely loved the work they did. Very professional and clean with NO damage. Alex takes pride in what he does.     Professionalism at its best

    Kitchen renovation We found Mapleleaf Electric from seeing their work van in our area. We noticed on their van that they were rated #1 on this actual website and we didn't think twice to give them a call. We spoke to Alex and was very patient with all of our questions and concerns with our kitchen renovation, which included installation of 8 potlights and undercabinet lighting. Alex showed up ON TIME the same week with his crew and completed the job 1 day. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were very clean and organized. I will definaltely recommend Alex and his amazing crew to anyone who needs any work done in their home.
