I contacted this company after mixed results with another contractor in prior years. Cody responded to my inquiry very promptly and quoted the job fairly. They booked for just a few days later, showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. Best of all they left my windows and gutters spectacularly cleaned! As if this was not enough to get me to be a return customer, they showed their appreciation for my business with a gift card to a favorite coffee spot. They can count on my business for years to come.

emailed Precision through Homestars and was contacted back within 5 minutes. Explained my leaky eaves and was told that it may or may not be a debris issue. Rob came out a day later, got on my roof and although the issue was not a related to what Precision are known for, he explained that there was a minor issue with eaves that he could correct by repositioning and resealing- not his job nor his problem....but he did it to help me. I am very grateful to this great guy and great company as they could have charged me for cleaning, estimate etc, instead they fixed my problem for next to nothing. When I need my eaves cleaned.....they will 100% get my business as I KNOW they are honest and dependable people. Thanks Rob!!!!

I found Precision Window Cleaning on Homestars in 2011 and have used them 3 times. Brandon and his crew are always courteous, professional and punctual. I really like the fact that I can email Brandon and he always responds quickly. I have a large tree overhanging the roof that drops its leaves very late in the season - Brandon is always willing to schedule me as late as possible in the fall, to ensure the majority of leaves can be cleaned out of the eavestroughs. I highly recommend him and his team.
