Hardwood Floors

Floor Laying & Refinishing review in

We refinished the hardwood floors on our first floor, and then added hardwood in the kitchen. Overall it was good, they got some stain on the moldings though, I thought that they would remove them first. Also,there are a couple of creeks in the new kitchen floor after about a year. Couldn't beat the price, though

What could this company do to improve their services?: Tell the customer what needs to be done to prepare the floor ahead of time. I would have taped the moldings to prevent the staining.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
