Ardent provided fast and friendly service. They where able to install a new air conditioner on short notice. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend Ardent to friends and family.

We recently had Ardent heating replace our old funace with a new high efficiency one. At the same time we decided to have a ac installed in our home.. I would just like to say that from start to finish it was a great experience. How nobody likes to spend money on stuff like this but hey if you have to you want it to go well. Right off the strat we had 4 quotes all together. When Brent from Ardent showed up he was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He has a very low pressure sales approach. This was a great releave because others made us feel well pressured and in a couple of cases angry at them. Ardent wasn't the cheapest quote but by far not the most expensive either. Maybe $300.00 more than the cheapest. When their staff came to install Steve and Gill were both very nice and in thier company uniforms.. When they entered our home they but on booties over their shoes and laid drop sheets all in their work area and the path they carried stuff in and out. it was great. When they were done they showed us the work they did and were very proud of thier own neat work and pointed out little details they fixed up to make it look more professional. A rare trait now days. They then showed us our manuals and spent oh 1/2c hour explaining evrything to us. They test ran the equipment then thanked us. Very pleasnt p[eople at Ardent. Use them they are grweat and will do right by you. Thanks Brent Steve and Gill we are very pleased with our AMANA furnace and AC both with lifetime unit replacement warranties and ten year parts great stuff.

I had an older Amana furnace and this year when I turned on the AC the Recirculating fan stopped working. I called Ardent and a technician was at my home the same day to troubleshoot the problem. The problem was a faulty p.c. board and I was given the option of replacing the board or replacing the furnace. I chose to replace the furnace as mine was 15 plus years old. Ardent's price was very competitive and I was really impressed with the installers. They were very professional and courteous. I have a unique layout in my basement and was told by another company the only route to vent the new high efficiency furnace was into my backyard through the deck. I asked the installers if there was another option and they ran the vent through my garage and out the side. A perfect solution! I would recommend Ardent to anyone who wants honest, professional service at a fair price.

I called the good folks at Ardent on Bayfield in Barrie on the Victoria Day weekend and was given prompt courteous and helpful advice on troubleshooting a problem with my AC unit (very old filter, which caused freezing of the internals). We were offered an immediate visit, but decided to wait until the day after the holiday. They came as promised, introduced themselves and were very considerate of our home carpeting (wearing overbooties). They got straight to work on solving and fixing the problem, which turned out to be a faulty capacitor. The Amana unit was covered for parts under warranty and the best part was being given a much needed inspection and free advice on caring for and maintaining our AC unit and furnace for future long-term use. The cost? - Book a deluxe furnace cleaning @ $169....EXCELLENT! We have always had extremely good business relations with Ardent and their fine line of products, services and people and taking into consideration the great prices, we expect that to continue. I highly recommend Ardent on Bayfield in Barrie and will always call on them for any home heating and AC needs!

Ardents Employees were very courteous and explained everything they would do while replacing my old furnace with a new one. They put a blanket down on the floor and wore booties on their feet. They did quick efficient work and also gave recommendations on yearly furnace cleanings and duct cleanings. After they finished the the staff gave me a good briefing on my new furnace. While they were in my house I also asked them about my tankless and they helped me with that as well. Thanks Ardent!!!

I woke up to find my furnace was not working, I called Ardent to come out and look at it. My furnace was going on 15 years old and had a cracked heat exchanger. So I required a new furnace, and Ardent provided me with one on the same day that I called them to come have a look at it. They were very efficient and courteous while doing the isntallation and explained everything to me in great detail. I would highly recomend Ardent to my friends, family, and neighbours.

Hello I just wanted to write to say how happy we are with the service we recently received from Ardent Heating. We had called a few places however the friendly voice and the fact we didn’t reach an answering machine was what made us go with Ardent. We were able to get a service call booked within just a few hours of the call and when the technician was running a little late he called us to let us know which was nice even though he was only 10minutes behind. The service technician was very polite and professional, the diagnostic came up as being a faulty gas valve and since my furnace was older he did let us know that we had two choices which was to repair it or to replace it and gave us good information on both options, the difference from service we had from other companies in the past was that at no time did I feel pressure to do either. We told him that we made the decision to just repair for now just to see if his attitude would change because we didnt buy a furnace but it didn’t and he went out to the truck and was going to put in the valve, at that point we stopped him and changed our mind and went with a new furnace that they were able to put in within a few days. We had back up heat but they left us some heaters to keep us warm until then which was also nice. The Furnace is now in and the installation was done by two other techs that were also very friendly and professional, they even fixed up a few things for me that wasn’t right from a previous service company t and didn’t charge me for it. I would recommend Ardent Heating to anyone that is looking for a professional company to do business with. Our new furnace is so much quieter and heats the house much better than the old one we had...we are very satisfied! Jason and Dianne
