AA Clean Line Sewer & Drain

I had a sewage backup in my basement this morning.
And I called to get my pipes, cleared. The dispatch was great, was quick and efficient, organized a plumber to come by within an hour. The plumber however,
argued with me about whether or not the black stuff
He left all over my stairs and by my plumbing stack
was, was oil. Or sludge. Then He complained about
whether or not he was done. He disclosed at the
beginning of the service call, that he had a headache
and said he has a concussion. I don't know if this is his
normal work ethic, but I was not impressed. He also
deliberately unplugged my Wi-Fi so my children would
be off of their electronics. When I mentioned it, he said
that he enjoys kicking kids off of electronics and they
should start playing like we were when we were kids.
Not his place, not his kids, not okay. When he started
making remarks about this is how you clean up sludge
I asked him to leave and he continued cleaning for
another five minutes, even though I asked him to leave
twice.

I have dealt with Clean Line for years. They always are fair and knowledgable. I will definitely use them again.

Had a great experience with AA Clean line, customer service was 10 out of 10. They really went above and beyond, I will recommend there services to everyone I know.

I used to deal with cleanline for 10 years prior and had no complaints, but they have changed. They charged me $300+ for 30 mins to clean of my drain which had nothing in it. They make you sign upfront for it when you arrive. I noticed they have lots of staff turnover for plumbers, old eqquipment and ownershop no longer cares. Left multiple messages and was told someone would get back to me over 4 months ago and no one has followed up. Felt like i was taken advantage of. All the positive reviews are prior to 2020 / 2021. There are better options out there now.

Charged my dad $500 for a 45 minute job hooking up a hot water tank on a regular work day. I had the new tank there already and the old one drained.

We have a kink in our sewer line which attracts tree roots. We usually have the line cleaned out about once a year, and have found AA clean comes out promptly, does a thorough job, and charges a reasonable price. We have used them for several years now.

I hired this company to clear the main drain which was backing up into the basement. He had trouble getting his equipment into the house and spent about 20minutes running the machine while I was upstairs. He told me that the trap on my drain was obsolete and might need to be changed at a large expense. The drain worked for about a month and when it became clogged again my wife tried calling and was hung up on. When I called he said he had dropped the phone. After reading the other reviews I decided that I will call someone else

I have used clean line services for my sewer clean out a number of times. I have been quite satisfied with their service. They have been polite and informative as to what they are doing and why. The last time I had a clean out was excellent. I was disappointed that they did not call me to let me know that they would be late. But the job was cone well and expediently. I would certainly have them come back when I need the line cleaned out.

I just recently hired this company to do a quick plumbing fix. I was quite panicked because I had a huge party happening on the weekend. Other companies were uncharging me because it was the weekend. Clean Line was fast, reliable and affordable!
