they came on time very proffesionel. they knew wha they were talking about. they called to confirm the day before and the day of. they were clean, didnt leave much of a mess after. and very time efficient

THey only took 45 mins to clean. Not long enough- didn't take their time. It was a deal but next time I'll pay more for better service. I'm sure they were very busy with all the deals but if you are trying to have retorting of clients then take your time and do a good job. My furnace needs to be cleaned every year ;)

Hi Jen, our typical cleaning time for a furnace and ducts is between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours, depending on how accessible your furnace is to our equipment (set up and take down time), the type of system you have, the number of hot and cold vents, and the condition of the system. We have a satisfaction guarantee with all of our services, and if you are concerned about the cleanliness of your system, we would like to come back out and take a look to see if a re-clean is necessary. Regardless of whether a customer has a groupon, a coupon or is paying full price it is our policy to take the time necessary to clean the system, and if our techs did not follow that policy it is very important for us to rectify the concern! I booked the appointment over the phone. They lady was very nice and friend. My appointment was at 2 pm and they didn't show up till 8 pm and almost cencelled because they had the wrong truck to do the job. Had to cencelled plans to go out with family that night. They also were rushing the job so they can finish because it's been a long day. They never offered a discount won't use them agian

Booked an appointment for Alberta carpet Cleaning to clean our furnace as they do furnaces too. They were a bit late the first time, they rushed in and did the job, Right after they left you could smell dust which I thought would go away after running the furnace a few times. A week went by and still the smell of dust coming from the vents. We called them and they said they would send someone out, no problem, took another morning off of work and they did not show up, I called them to say,.. hey whats up, so they sent a guy with the truck to my place, he inspected it and said you are right you have dust blowing, then did not clean the furnace. It had to be booked, so I waited for a call to redo the furnace again they called and I asked for a morning appointment and as I did not want to take a whole day off of work again for the 3 time. Once again I had to call to see if they where going to make it before I was rolling into the second half of the day, they called the tech and he rushed over leaving some other Jobs close by that he was going to do, they rushed in here again and redid it. This time it was an improvement but the dust smell was still there in the days to follow. So I cancelled my custom made filter and decided I would right this review and never hire them again.

We have had Alberta Furnace Cleaning clean our furnace and vents 3 times now. The technicians are always respectful of your home and do a throrough job. Of course they are trained to try and sell you something extra like a super duper furnace filter but they don't push too hard. We also appreciate that they frequently have coupons or package deals available.

We moved into our house about 5 years ago and the house was 30 years old. My husband and I noticed that we were having a hard time breathingso we thought that we'd get the furnace cleaned and boy did that help. The 2 gentlemen they sent were very knowledgable and did a very good job. They didn't think that me furnace had ever been clean. I felt very comfortable in my home while the guys worked.

When they first came to the house, they were really great with providing me with information, including the cost estimates. The staff waere professional and very friendly.
