We are new to rural living. The previous owner of the house had this company's phone number attached to water filtration and softener/ iron filter. I called to have the water system checked for proper functioning and to see if the company can tweak the system for better water pressure. When they arrived, I asked how much the service would cost, the owner, of the company, said that he would give me a corporate discount. In the end, they added additional salt to the softener, pot. perm. to the iron filter. and changed filters to the reverse osmosis system all for $420. He had the credit card slip/ invoice pre made. Had he told me it would cost this much, I would not have this company do the work.

Service tech replaced filters at a cost of 400$ he had invoce created before work was done so how can he know what was wrong before he got there. He left shortly after and the system stopped wotking. has not returned calls. I placed a stop payment on the cheque I gave him. Has poor rating on BBB
