I had my basement carpeted in spring of 2015. I met Adrien at the show room who gave me lots of great options within my budget for both the carpet and the underpad. He then came out personally to my house to measure and provide a quote for free. I finally pulled the trigger a month later. The installer did the job pretty quick (1 day to prep, another to lay carpet). I was very satisfied with how good of a job the installer did in the rooms and on the stairs. For the price, I think I got a pretty good deal. My advice is to consider upgrading your underpad as it really adds a lot of softness to the overall feel of the carpet for not a lot of money. It's been two years and the carpet (Opus II, scenic grey) is still holding up very well. Consider me a satisfied customer!

Nufloors is the only carpet retailer in Sherwood Park so I wanted to give them my business. The store is clean and well stocked,and the salesperson was friendly and helpful. We chose some LVP and carpet for our new basement and the same salesperson came to measure out what material was needed. He had stated that the rooms were a good size and there would NOT be much wastage. He provided a quote 4 days later and the amount over the actual floor space was 30 %.......I'm not sure what he thought was not much wastage but this was ridiculous. The price included underlay and install which meant I was also paying for install and underlay on 30% of NOTHING !! I attended the store and brought this to the attention of the salesperson, who within a few minutes reworked the measurements down to 20% wastage !!!....which was still way too high but why couldn't he do this the first time ?? LESSON LEARNED: NEVER HAVE A SALESPERSON DO THE MEASUREMENTS and SHOP AROUND. Needless to say we went elsewhere (Carpet Superstore) and received and accurate measurement and exceptional service.

we had hardwood installed in two of our rooms, the installers came on time and completed the job quickly with great results. the sales men weren't too pushy when trying to get us to buy.

We ordered hardwood flooring and asked for an installer to come install them. He only had 2 rooms to do as I had done one room already and due to time constraints I contracted them to finish the remaining rooms. Installer knew I done the master bedroom. I knew what I was talking about as he can see my work. His work was adequate at best as his first room has 4 pieces with big gaps in the wood and one 3 level staircase. The seconds room has a few gaps and an aweful 5 level staircase. Worse one is that he ends the last board off with a sliver of wood and increasing up to one inches at the other end. If that was supppose to be their best installer should he not have squared the room off first. If he did this then his first board would have been a half board and he would have ended with a half board instead of a sliver of wood. That is just an awful job.

Quality of flooring materials very durable and easy to install. Ralph, salesman and installer scheduled appropriate times and materials to be delivered to accommodate our timelines. Product comes with a excellent warranty and replacement can be made by individual pieces not an entire area.

We selected and ordered our carpet three weeks prior to our planned installation, as it was most of the main floor of the house it needed to be a specific day, and to coincide with other renos done (ceiling , painting etc.). up until then everything was going well they happily accommodated our request to upgrade underlay (cost was agreeable). Installer was good, very experienced, and didn't foresee any issue when starting job. But soon after found that the main carpet piece sent was too small bu two feet. He contacted the office, and ordered a new piece, the only piece left in stock was 1 ft short. They delivered that and seamed it. Installation took much longer than expected due to this mix up. Installer was rushed on stairs, and failed to explain a carpet crush on the stairs. We called the next day to talk to sales rep, he was unavailable, and did not return call. We called again the next day and sales rep was out of office. We asked to speak to manager but he was leaving for business trip, but were promised he would return our call one week later. They did finally call 8 days later, and set up an appt to review our concerns. He was late for appt but did call to say so. Upon arrival he was friendly and agreed about he seam concern and offered a discount. He also explained the carpet crush. All in all they did meet out expectations on schedule and price,so I would use them again. Hopefully next time they will exceed them.

We had all of the flooring replaced in our house by nufloors in sherwood park. The salespeople were very helpfull and not pushy at all. We took our time in figuring out what we wanted, taking many samples home. From the time we decided on the flooring we wanted, to the time when it was installed, Nufloors did a very professional job, from start to finish. Tony was our installer and did a teriffic job. Excellent job!

After finally settling on a product, Nufloors price for installation and product was less than others were asking for just the installation with us doing the prep work. We couldn't be happier with the product, the service and the end result. Awesome job!!!
