Bought a fridge which is great. The delivery was the worst experience ever!

Delivery guy unloads fridge in garage gets a signature and then leaves say fridge is connected to water. We replaced fridge because the ice/water leaked and and was removed weeks earlier.

Was on phone with driver as someone else was at home explaining its not connected to water, said move fridge to kitchen and I would do it myself. He put the phone down and walked out of the house without listening or moving the fridge. Wouldnt answer the phone couldnt get another delivery same day had to make arrangements again for delivery the next day with someone to be home and then they were 2 h late from appt time. Couldnt get any updates.

Different drive comes unplugs fridge takes it out and replaces with new fridge in minutes. Old driver just being lazy and didnt want to work.

Home Depot needs to have better partners in delivery then I will consider buying appliances.

Tried to buy $20 curtain rods for shower and they wanted to charge me $30 but then wouldn't go and get me to $20 product. And had the audacity to argue over the fact that I showed them what I wanted online. And still wanted to charge me extra.

Do not go to The Home Depot store, you will have to wait for your items forever. I ordered a fridge in December, the delivery date was 13th January, now they say delivery would be around 28th February or late. Their support service is also terrible. Not recommended.

We went to HomeDepot@36St NE to look for a BBQ and were impressed by the information given by Lindsay. Not only that he provided great info on the brands of the BBQ units, but also the great technique on cooking the BBQ. That was very interesting and useful. Unfortunately this location does not have the unit we want. Next day, we stopped by HomeDepot@Chinook. The unit we looked at was shown available on the website but no where to be found in the store at the BBQ racks. At the time we were approached by Emidio. Good conversation with Emidio about different BBQ units as well. We asked him to look for the unit that we were looking for. He took time to check around the store on the displays and in the back, came back again to confirm the model, and finally he came back and confirm there's a unit available for us. All the paper work done and we were helped by Vini to bring it onto our truck. I would say I have had great experience with these HD customer service staffs. Very polite and knowledgeable about the products.

The company that was subbed out from Home Depot was Alpine . They did a very good job of showing up on time, installing it in a professional manner and cleaned up the work site. I am pleased with the work. It came with a 10 year parts and labor warranty which was also nice. I could have spent a bit less but glad i got it. thanks,

I hired a contractor to do kitchen renovation which include dismantling of existing cupboard and installing new ones and change the flooring from linoleum to laminated wood flooring we bought from Home Depot

I needed to change some shower fixture in my new condo and I purchased the item I needed in Home Depo Country Hills, the guy who helped was sociable and helpful though we usually don't get such services in Home Depot very much.

I was having a lot of trouble finding a fridge of appropriate dimensions to fit in my kitchen. Home Depot had an expansive selection and friendly staff who helped me get exactly what I needed!

Used a contractor that did not use all of the vents that were estimated and paid for. Contractor took the extra vents away. Eventually after many calls Home Depot finally sent someone to count the vents that were actually installed and adjusted my invoice.
Shingle nails were laying on the ground all over. Also they were supposed to clean the eaves troughs but I had to call them back to get them to do it.

was perfect, we change all the floor in my three bathrooms , we have lenoil before and we change for porcelain tile, now the bathrooms looks beautifull, Thank you very much
