From day 1 they were very professional, worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted in budget-they even made suggestions to lower costs if we wanted. The guys who came to work were incredibly polite and efficient and tidy, and the foreman also came to inspect-he cared about the work being done. We were super impressed on the last day when they came to clean and the house looked like professional cleaners had come. We will definitely use them again and recommend them very highly. GarCon completely gutted and renovated our upstairs bathroom this Fall, and the final product is beautiful and functional, and was finished on schedule and under budget. The quote we were given was very detailed, with no hidden costs. Adam was usually very quick to respond to emails with questions, and our few concerns were addressed immediately until everything was to our satisfaction. My one warning to anyone considering a renovation is regarding the sub-contractors used, where we did have some difficulties. We were told that work would happen Monday to Friday between 9-6, but we had sub-contractors at our door some days at 8 am, and not leaving until gone 7:30 PM, and one showed up on Thanksgiving Sunday. We would hire GarCon again, but this time we would emphasize from the beginning that all sub-contractors adhere to our Monday to Friday 9-6 schedule.

Recently we hired GarCon Building - Adam, Larry and Team to finish off a basement reno. We had several quotes but GarCon had the best price, were professional, listen and understood exactly wanted we wanted. Larry completed the job on time, kept the area cleaning while working on the job and did an amazing job at cleaning before leaving.
