We had plumbing problems in our kitchen and in our bathroom practically at the same time. Mike diagnosed the issues and fixed them promptly. He explained what he was going to do and he gave me a reasonable quote before doing the work. Mike also left the house as clean as when he arrived. I would recommend Mike without hesitation, and would call him again for plumbing work.

This is the third time I have used Mike at Smart Plumbing. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, prompt, polite, pleasant and respects the tenants' privacy. The banging noise from the pipes was so loud that tenants could not sleep. Following a thorough inspection of all the plumbing on the property, he quickly discovered the source of the problem and replaced one of the faucets in a bathroom. He also noticed that a toilet was constantly running and replaced the flap which will save me a lot of money on my water bill. Problem solved! The price included the hardware. The toilet in my powder room kept filling with water and I knew that it was wasting a considerable amount which would be reflected as an increase on my water bill! Mike was very professional, personable and informative and installed the laundry basin in a very timely mannor. He explained in detail the requirements and operation of the various components of the system and took the time to answer any questions I had.

We have a 25 yrs old home with relatively old plumbings. We had a leaky facuet in the basement. I called Mike to get an estimate. He showed up the next day right on time, finished the job in less than an hour and he left the area like he never was there. Also he inspected all the plumbings in our home for no extra charge giving usefull information and suggestions about our upcoming renovation. Monday morning I noticed water leaking through the kitchen ceiling; it was coming from the bathroom upstairs where we have a bathtub. I called Smart Plumbing.
