I have been extremely happy with my new windows. I searched long and hard before I chose Centra to do the work and my search has certainly paid off--big time! Everyone I dealt with, from Joanne the sales rep to the team who installed my windows ( Randy, Brandon and Damon) were great people to have in my home and did their jobs with care and attention to detail. I had one small problem with a window that wanted to slide down and Paul came and had it fixed in no time at all. It was nice to have someone come out for the warranty work with absolutely no hassle. I would certainly recommend Centra to any one I know with the greatest confidence that they would have the same positive experience that I have had.

I chose Centra Windows after close inspection of one of my neighbors recent replacement. Centra came highly recommended and I could see why! The sales representative Ric Dixon explained in detail all I needed to know. Timelines were met as promised. The installers Kevin Lesowski and Jordan MacDonald were excellent. Any question was answered in a timely fashion. They were very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend Centra windows to anyone!

We had centra install a number of new windows and doors replacing our old leaky ones that were original to the home. We have been very satisfied. Recently we requested a service call to fix a seperating door handle. All service is covered in the warranty at time of purchase. Paul Oldaker from Centra came to the home and was prompt, courteous and had the job done in a metter of minutes paying attention to every last detail. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

We waited a long time to replace windows in our house that was built in 1967. When it was time for the retrofit we decided to go with Centra because they were recommended by the better business bureau and the quality of the product was evident when presented by the salesman. When it came time for the installation, Paul and Harry were fast, clean and very efficient. Since the installation we have requested service once; it was fast and at no cost. They stand behind their guarantee - I have no hesitation recommending to do business with them.

Centra installed window and patio door upgrades to our home. The company sales team after installation was poor at handling issues. The actual physical work done by installers Cory and Carl was very professional and the workmanship was top notch. They were very personable, neat and tidy in and around the hourse. Cory and Carl communicated well with us, were timely and organized, which more than we can say for the management team, which had poor communications and followup after installation was completed. Phone calls were not returned. Promotional email deals were not received. Wouldn't recommend to friends.

I would like to share that the work that was done was excellent and the staff that doing the work Randy, Brandon and Damon were super. They were very professional, friendly and did amazing cleam up each day . They were also very aware of safety of the site and for us. Thanks again for a job well done. Barb and Chris Rusden

I was pleased with the quality of the windows and with the efficiency of the installers Carl McLean and Cory Vey. They worked quickly and competently to remove the old windows and install the new ones. The Centra windows look good inside and out and should provice superior perfomance to our older aluminum windows.

Extremely happy with windows and doors when installed, great products, service and professional staffing that really care. We did a renovation after windows and doors were installed, somehow in the renovation the pin locks on our french doors got broken. We called Centra to inquire about purchasing new pin locks, they not only replaced the locks, but they also made the trip to our house and replaced them on their time with no charge and also provided us with new stripping for an existing door that was not replaced. WOW! Who provides that kind of service these days? After doing a whole house renovation we can say not many. Thanks again to all you people that work for/with Centra. You have our vote hands down.

I first met Robin Buie for the estimate, then along came Sean to measure, instillation day was Mr. Precision, Kevin Prouten and finally Terry Wright. The whole process was seamless. A few adjectives come to mind regarding all 4 men. Friendly, very professional, knowledgeable, cheerful, tidy, focused. I have already recommended Centra to friends.
