I called Clearview out to look at my furnace which was installed by another company. I was concerned that the work was not done properly and that we had an issue with carbon menoxide. Matt and John came out and fixed the problem and made sure everything was done properly! Clearview did an amazing job and I would highly reccomend them to family and friends. The technicians John and Matt were great to deal with and went above and beyond the call of duty.

Thanks Pat - Carbon Monoxide is not something that we want to mess around with! It's scary just how lightly some companies take an odorless, colourless, toxic gas - some companies shrug it off when they can't find an imminently hazardous level of gas (even though Monoxide poisoning is an accumulative thing - the CO stays attached to the blood cells until they die 100 - 120 days, so even a small but constant amount is enough to do harm - that's why some people experience headaches, nausea and other symptoms from low level poisoning) or they test heat exchangers on furnaces that aren't running to factory specs - cutting corners like this is how families are put at risk every year. Our technicians have gone to specific certification courses all over North America to get the PROPER information and techniques (we do use proprietary methods that not every company can boast!) Get your furnace tested, every year, without fail, you can never be too careful!

Everything went really well with the install of the new hot water tank, apart from the first tank delivered being severely damaged! Darrin the plumber was competent; there was no fuss and I was pleased that there were no additional charges for him having to come back a second day to install an undamaged tank. Equally important, the office staff also provided good customer service by keeping me up to date with what was going on.

Thanks Jeff! You wouldn't believe how many unknown variables we encounter on a "basic job" that can possibly affect the price. Most customers don't realize just how difficult their "simple jobs" can be, which is why we REFUSE to "quote" (a more accurate word is guess....) prices over the phone. I don't know about the other Calgary companies, but we try not to keep our Journeymen in the office answering phones and questions, so really, when these companies RECCOMEND phone quotes, it's nothing more than an office staff's best guess, based on the sometimes less-than-accurate information a customer gives. Be wary of phone quotes, and should you feel you NEED one before hiring a plumber, be sure to compare the price they "quote" and the price you actually pay, it can sometimes as much as double!

After having Casey out to repair our kitchen faucet and bathroom drain and seeing the quality of work done, I would definitely recommend Clearview to friends. Casey was very professional, and courteous, a pleasure to work with!

I found myself in a plumbing nightmare on Saturday morning and I just wanted to write a note to let you know that Kelsey and Casey were both amazing to deal with! Kelsey was very understanding when I was trying to communicate my problem through all the stress and short breaths over the phone. She was sympathetic to my situation, and took immediate action to call her emergency plumber (Casey) to come to my house. She followed up to let me know that he would be on his way within the hour. When Casey arrived, he was immediately calming and made me feel good about the work that had to be done. He worked quickly to stop the water from running and then made sure that everything was working properly before his departure. He had such a kind, friendly, hard-working demeanor – I really, really appreciated him in that moment and he didn’t hesitate to pass along additional advice to avoid plumbing issues in the future. Just a solid guy who was in and out of my house in an hour and allowed my weekend to continue on worry-free!!! Anyways, thank you to both Kelsey and Casey and if any of my friends or colleagues have issues with their plumbing, I am recommending Clearview!!

We had an issue with our hunidifer and Clearview provided very fast and friendly service. The technician, Gerry was very friendly and knowlegable. They provided great service and everthing went exactly what we wanted!!

We converted our electric stove to a gas stove!! Dan was great to work with and gave exactly what we wanted!! He was very friendly and should get a raise!!!!

We originally had Clearview out to do a tune up and safety check on our 36 year old Lennox furnace on December 16. Gerry found that there were several dangerous cracks in the heat exchanger - the furnace had to be condemned in the dead of winter! The quote was done later that day and we were happy to see a brand new high efficient furnace installed the next day! The installers used drop sheets to keep tidy and it was like they weren't even there. Everyone - the office, the initial technician, the consultant and installers - were great; efficient and on time.
