solution to noisy new furnace

new furnace installed by another company 1 year ago. It was bought from and installed by another company. It was so noisy, it was impossible to have a normal conversation in the living room, despite the company returning 4 times and making some adjustments, none of which made any difference to the noise. We got a second opinion from SS Plumbing and Heating.
It took Brendan 2 minutes to diagnose the problem. We agreed to the proposed solution and now we could not be more happy and appreciative of the excellent work they did. A QUIET FURNANCE!
