This company did NOT install the roof with the proper underlayment, and it has LEAKED since it went on! They were SLOW to respond to numerous phone calls and always tried to pin the blame on "condensation" or something else. They installed a bathroom vent on the main floor washroom and then it rained (while a home inspector was here...) the water POURED in the vent onto the floor of the bathroom. THESE guys are shoddy! These guys are SHADY! They used to be called Byrens Haines Exteriors, now the two companys have parted and BOTH are selling the same product. Same CAT! DON'T HIRE THEM!
