Bought a new home in Kinglet last year. Asked about parging on side of home, no answer given. Told foundation crack repair x1. Found out later multiple repairs completed now new crack and previous repairs now cracking.Company dismissive. Feel like information withheld. 0 customer service. Poor workmanship. Do not recommend this company. Structural engineer cites poor architectural design.

Landscaping, blinds and sundeck experience is very bad. They do the landscaping without removing grass from ground.

We are so happy with the preliminary procedures in buying a Sterling home. It was quick and efficient. Both Amarpreet and Jerry were available in showing us around, answering our questions and putting together our paperwork.

I booked a house through Sterling homes in Edmonton and I paid $1000 to confirm the deal. When I paid $1000 they said the house price is locked for a week. I waited more than a week to get my papers to sign. While I was waiting for documents to sign, the area manager called me and said they need $10000 more if I want to complete the deal. Then why should I transferred $1000 to lock the fee? I feel like this is ridiculous. So I lost trust in Sterling Homes Edmonton. I would not recommend anyone to this builder because they are greedy and dishonest. Never trust them. My rating is 0. Never ever trust Sterling home builder in Edmonton Alberta.

A rating of 10 for Sterling. Thanks to Aaron for fixing our thermostat fan and Peter for our garage. It is NOT true that Sterling will abandon you after possession of your house. Sometimes home owners tend to be very impatient (I'm one of them).... Thanks again Sterling.
