    Install or replace sliding doors: Replace; 1 door
    They dealt with me and my small job with the respect and attitude as of if I was getting my entire house of windows replaced! Karl was quick to have someone out to measure the job and Jay showed up on time and did a great job installing my patio door! Thanks guys!

    Replacing sliding glass doors.

    This is the second time we have used this Company - a couple of years it was for installation of side and back windows. This time we replaced the sliding glass door from a bedroom. Karl the sales representative was very knowledgeable and efficient. The installers were second to none. They were very friendly, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Very impressed. Will definitely use this Company again without hesitation.

    Went the Extra Mile

    Can't say enough good things about Superior. Karl was great throughout the whole process. Helped us pick the right windows and doors that made sense for our house and budget. Very patient throughout. We also had to navigate a warranty claim when we found a defect in a window which was handled smoothly. Jay and his install team are efficient--and he has a good sense of humour too. Would buy from them again in the future if needed.

    Excellent service

    I purchased windows 23 years ago and one of the clips just broke. I contacted Karl and he and his staff, Jay & Geoffrey began a search for this discontinued piece. Without any success they stopped by our house to see if there was anything they could do to fix. When they saw the clip they were sure they had one that would work. After a minor modification our window was fixed. I will definitely keep them in mind for future requirements and will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. This was done at no charge. We did tip them.

    Window Installation

    From Sales to Installation I was very impressed with this company. We had all the windows and 1 door in our home replaced. Sales explained everything that they were recommending and why. As for installation they were on time, efficient, neat, very through, knowledgeable and very pleasant . I would not hesitate to use this company in the future and would highly recommend them.

    Windows

    I cant say enough good things about Karl and Jay! They came recommended and they did not let me down. They know the products, understood my needs and delivered excellent service at my expedited time frames. A pleasure to deal with!!

    Responsive, clear, excellent service

    Karl delivered as promised. He was responsive to questions, really clear on the options and the quote, and the service on the installation was on time, easy and super friendly.

    Main Floor Windows

    We were very pleased with the sales and service we received from Karl and his staff. We found the initial meeting with Karl was very pleasant. It became apparent right away that Karl is very knowledgeable on all the different styles of window and what would be best for our house. He spent a lot of time measuring and discussing our options. It gave us a great deal of confidence that our project would look amazing. Quite a few windows needed to be resized due to our renovation and Karl explained how the exterior of the house would look as well. We received other quotes for our project and from all the other companies we met with it was Superior that we had the greatest confidence in. The installation was also top notch. Jay and his assistance were very particular that the windows were installed perfectly. We were overjoyed with the look of our house both inside and outside. The windows are high quality and function well. We would highly recommend Superior Home Improvements due to their honesty and high regard for customer satisfaction.

    Patio door to window and window to door conversion

    Very professional, easy to communicate with. Quote was exact. Installation team were very polite and friendly. They also cleaned up after themselves. The door and window look stunning. Would absolutely hire them again!

    Windows and Doors
