Pete was an excellent worker on my computer, very personable, willing to help, patient kind. He was here for a very short time solved the problem and charged $20. I would recommend him to anyone!

We were in the process of setting up our offices, relocating to Orillia from Mississauga, and during conversations witha potential supplier, Pete Skinner at PC Service On Site was recommended to me as an excellent contact to set up our computers and printers. The recomendation was certainly the right one for us. During the process, sevreral issues were identified, dealt with, and recomendations made for future solutions. We wanted to have our new printer connected to both our PC laptop and Apple computers and to be able to print wireless. Pete came to our cottage and set the whole thing up in about one to two hours. Prior to this service, he helped to get our computer running wireless from our new router. This was done remotely saving both time and money. We are very pleased to have a technician that is both knowledgeable and available to serve us in cottage country.

I had some problems connecting to my wireless router at home and gave a call to Pete. He played around with some of my equipment and after a very through investigation he was able to pinpoint the problem everything went smoothly and he got my internet working again!!!!

Last week I called Meredith at PC Service On Site to see what we could do to fix the setting on my HP Photosmart printer/scanner. The problem was that my scanner settings were creating PDF Files which were far too large to email to Fellow agents and my clients. Within a day or two, her partner, Pete Skinner arrived promptly at my home office and took a look at my setup. After a thorough investigation, Pete found what he was looking for buried deep within HP advanced settings menu. That made all the difference. After several test, we were able to scan a sample offer and reduce the size of the PDF's down to one third of what I'd been getting before and without losing any resolution! So now I can scan and email offers without them being humongous in size, a critical part of my business. Pete also installed Drop Box on all three of my computers so that I can transfer files quickly and easily plus have backup of all my important files store on the cloud. Pete and Meredith Skinner listened as I described my concerns and then recommended a couple of options to address the issues. They fully understood my concerns and were able to provide me with exactly the remedy I needed at a price I could afford. Pete came to my shop and in a couple of hours had EVERYTHING completed and I did not lose one minute of productivity. PC Service on Site is just what the name says, service. Pete was very professional and very accommodating to my schedule. God sent me an angel!!! I called Pete, after meeting him at a Trade show, to fix my internet problems with Rogers as they could not seem to help me and I was so frustrated! Not only is my internet much faster, upstairs now has a strong signal, where before it was non-existent! Then 1 week later I was now having email problems with go daddy, their customer support again could not help me, I was beside myself as I could not communicate with my customers, Pete came over right away to help out! He has gone way above the call of duty and would highly recommend him!!!!!!!!!
