Pete Skinner gave up his personal time to help me out. In a very short period of time he had my computer up and working again cleared of about 250 virus and Trojans. The bonus for me was no long time consuming service call and which meant no down time for my work. Thank you

When I lost my profile on my computer and tried to establish a new profile. I messed up my email setttings and had no email access for several days. When i asked for help Peter promptly dialed in from home and corrected my problems and recovered all my lost emails.

I can rely on Pete to come and help quickly and without making me feel like I am wasting his time. He has helped with viruses on my desktop and other router/wireless issues. Always with a smile and very quick to get here.

I couldn't re-install my HP Printer after moving so called PC Service On Site. Amazing service - Pete responds quickly and follows up after the fact. Although the printer turned out to be toast, Pete suggested what I should buy and called me a few days later to see if I'd had success. He was prepared to walk me through it over the phone! I can't say enough about the service that Pete and PC Service On Site provide. I have had a number of computer, printer and even mobile phone issues over the last number of months and Pete has always been there to bail me out of trouble. You don't realize how dependant you become on technology and if I am not up and fully running, my customer relationships are at risk. Pete has come through every time with flying colours. If you are looking for someone to help you with your computers, networking or just about anything technology based, you owe to yourself to give Pete a call, it will be one of the best decisions that your business or family will make.

At our office we rely on our computer system everyday to make sure everything runs smoothly. Pete has been excellent in helping us with anything we need related to our computers and gives us advice on how to even improve our business! He has always been very helpful, trustworthy and always willing to help when/where we need it most!

Our lap top was becoming difficult to use; browsing was impossible without random pop up windows disrupting the activity, very slow, shutting down randomly. Pete was prompt and had everything cleaned up and my computer working again within an hour. It was a great experience.

While I could have gone to a big box store and be presented with older machines being liquidated, making way for newer machines, and being served by uncaring part-time employees, I chose the path of a company whose sole interest was making me a happy customer. I let PC service on site know what I was looking for, gave them a budget. They were extremely attentive to my desires and made some excellent suggestions on what kind of machine I should buy because they have the experience to consult a customer on a solid purchase. While I am new to the Barrie area, Peter and Meredith, made me feel that I have known them for years.It is very difficult to gain someones trust, and ask them to spend a large amount of money site unseen, but I certainly endorse these 2. And wouldn't it be great if the computers we bought were ready to go but all new computers need updates and key software installed especially a really good anti virus.
