We called PC after reading the Homestars reviews and we were not disappointed. Peter was able to come the next day and called when traffic caused a very short delay in his arrival time. He was professional, extremely competent and personable. Although the laptop is near the end of life, he cleaned it up and made sure it was running smoothly before he left. We will use his services again soon, likely when hospice services simply aren't enough.

I can't even explain the great service I received from PC Service on Site. First I had a huge problem where my PC died. Peter Skinner was called and came to my rescue. You can just imagine how dramatic it is too have your IT life crumble in front of you with a PC dying. Peter was very willing to try to fix a few of the parts to my hard drive but was convinced it might be the beginning to the end of my PC. He didn’t hard sell what so ever and mentioned that he would be able to find me another used system for about the same price and it would at least work for a longer time. Peter made a few calls and I could hear his interaction with a company that sells used systems. He was able to get me an amazing deal. He showed up a few days later and was able to download everything from my old hard drive into the new system. He couldn’t believe that the entire system was refurbished back to its original state. I met with Meredith at my home in Toronto for a continuing education session on technology and social media. When our main work computer died a day or two before Christmas, I gave Pete a call. Though he was currently out of the area, he hoped to be at our location before the end of the day. Due to the fact this computer was the only one that controlled our large printer (with a lot of printing to be finished), we did call another company who attempted unsuccessfully to fix the problem remotely. We were ecstatic when Pete actually showed up in person a few hours later! Despite the upcoming holiday and being out of the area when he received our cry for help, Pete arrived around 4 pm and quickly assessed the situation in order to get our computer (and accompanying large format printer) back up and running to finish the final orders for the year. PC Service On Site got our computer and printer running again and we were able to finish orders on time. Without them, we would have been shut down until the New Year. Thank you.

I had a video surveillance system installed several months ago but was not able to configure it properly. I had several people try to set it up but did not have any success. I called Pete and he was able to get it going on my computers as well as able to remotely view my property from my iPhone while I am away. I would highly recommend PC Service On Site!

Approx. a year and a half ago I bought myself a new dell Inspiron laptop. And for some reason I kept getting warnings and pop-ups of my computer being @ risk. I couldn't go back to my retailer sinceu I was tight on a budget and I had a feeling I'd be end up paying more.Pete had assisted me and did a wonderful job finding a solution to my problem.
