We always shop there for anything related to the house. We purchased wood for deck and fence, paint,tiles, rocks,baseboards etc. We always enjoyed their service and we never had any problems with dealing with the company. If we had to return something there was never a problem. Always great advice and help from their staff, friendly service.

Get air miles for purchases. The sales staff here are there to help. Did all configurations for us and told us how much material we would need and what material we would need. Were able to take back any product we did not use or that were not usable.

i went to this store to buy some fence boards...i found the workers to be so friendly and helpful..The customers are greeted with free popcorn and the prices for their products were reasonable.Moreover i gain free air miles...hey guys what else do u want....go and check them out

We absolutely love Totem. Always great service--lots of people floating around the store to help. Plus, they have popcorn. And we've found they charge significantly less than for the same product as Home Depot. A smaller selection but a great place to go.
