Totem Building Supplies - Forest Lawn

I ordered a deck package from them and mist of the boards were warped and split. More than half of the jost hangers were the wrong size. I had to stop half way through to get more boards and hangers. I the had to spend half a day returning all the stuff. Hand pick all your boards.

We went into totem to buy some things to build a temp fence for a temp dog run. We couldn't find anything we need other the temp fence, A worker came to us and ask if we need any help when we said yes he showed where everything was and what we needed. Great Service Keep it up

We went to our neighborhood Totem to grab some lumber to built some backyard fencing. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Self serve lumber yard was clean and organized. Wood was of varying quality but pretty good overall.

I went to Totem to buy a cement block for underneath my outdoor fire pit. The associate I dealt with showed me where they were, and helped me pick an appropriate block. He then loaded it into my cart, waited at the check out with me, and helped me load it into my car. I was very impressed with this kind of customer service.

Used Totem for many house purchases as we are building a new home. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good return policy as well. I would recommend for home purchases.
