Q Design

I have used Q Design a number of times for draperies for my home. Most recently, I purchased blackout House Linen draperies (Winter White) and hardware during their Black Friday sale.

As usual this was a fabulous experience. If you want the best and you want it to look "right" be willing to spend a bit more for quality because quality is what you get with Q Design. Crystal is a terrific help with everything. The delivery by UPS was to my door.

I ordered 2 room darkening blinds. One arrived broken and could not be installed. Two weeks later a new one came and was quickly installed. So the problem was quickly addressed and corrected.

Everything was great from service to final product! This was the fourth project they completed for us. So helpful in the decor choices and installation. We would highly recommended Q Design to anyone!

The entire process from beginning to end has been fantastic. Crystal was just amazing helping to guide me through the process with her knowledge and very welcome advice. My emails, quote and billing were all handled very efficiently and in a timely manner. I absolutely love my new curtains and blinds they are beautiful.

We are so pleased with our new bedroom blackout drapes. The natural linen is the perfect look for the room; the guidance on fabric and rod choice was very much appreciated. Unexpectedly, we required these earlier than anticipated but as it was an in stock fabric they managed to deliver ahead of schedule. Installation was precise, tidy, friendly and fast. The light still manages to sneak in a bit around the edges but overall they suit our needs well.

Q Designs installed beautiful drapes in my dining room and high quality wooden shutters on all of the front windows of my home. Crystal provided excellent design advice that took into consideration the unique needs of the space.
