I was very happy to call and get a service call appointment the very next day. Repair person came when promised and fixed my dryer quickly. Price for the housecall was very reasonable and I wasn't charged for an emergency call, or parts that weren't needed. Overall, very satisfied with the experience and will definitely call them again.
