They were able to install the alarms in a timely manner and they allowed us to choose what was most suitable for us. They provided us with good advice, and were very dedicated to getting the job done efficiently. I was happy with this service.

The alarm systems we have looked at were so pricey and we were advised by a friend that they do good work as they did on their house. When we called, they asked us a few simple questions about the size of our place and understood what alarm system and the estimate would be in a few minutes time. As soon as that was done they appointment was booked and the alarm system was installed.

Pacific Electronics Security was recommended to me by a family member that also had an alarm system installed. They were fast to give an estimate and did all the work in one day. The system woks great and is easy to use. Also, compared to the other companies, Pacific was the cheapest.

The group of 3 workers were on time and efficient. They completed the job in about 3 days and came back to run a test to see if it worked and to show us the mechanics of the system. Everyone was very friendly. Since they have installed it, we have activated the alarm by accident several times and the monitoring system have responded very promptly. I would recommend them to install the alarm system but their monitoring system is a bit pricey.
