the staff was very friendly. and i recieved a student discount.On the other hand the store is small and there wasnt many selections of fabrics.and the interior needs to be updated

First time in the store last month and I've been back 5 times. There's so much fabric and the prices are good. If you shop in toronto its worth checking it out. I recommend this place to everyone now!

After shopping through endless fabric stores I found everything right here and at a great price! Endless amounts of fabrics notion leather etc.. As well they have a on site seamstress and fabric pleaters

King Textiles in one of the most well known fabric shops in downtown Toronto but beware of their unruly business practices. I saw a man have fabric cut by one of the employees, quoting him a price per yard. The fabric roll didn't have any tags. When he went to pay for it. The owner told him outright that her employee was wrong and quoted a much higher price. Yet, the roll that the customer had was in a sale bin which was the end of the roll. All I heard was that the owner can do whatever she wants because it's her shop. Shoppers beware...when there are no prices marked on the roll, it can be whatever the owner says it is.
