Overall it was a good experience. We were treated professionally and with respect. My only feedback would be that there was less communication during the process than I would have liked...occasional calls to let me know the progress would have been nice, but when I called I was answered quickly and fully. Excellent customer service experience...very friendly, professional and helpful. The installers were excellent! This was a totally different experience than I had in the past, when I had windows and doors installed. It was different in a way that made me appreciate the quality of workmanship, the personal, professional communication with the installers, being treated with respect as a client. The house was left in great shape and it was a wonderful experience. Thanks. It was a great experience...one that I was dreading as something stressful...but it was stress free and we have a product we are very happy with. Thanks to everyone that helped us with this installation.

Everett our sales person was very knowledgeable and patient (when I made changes). Thanks for the experience. The installers (Joe and Justin) also were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Very professional people and work ethics. I have already told people of their work and will request them when I do the bottom windows in my house. This is a rental property and the tenants were very happy with the whole experience. Even the first night after the windows were installed - the tenants said the furnace seemed to run less. The tenants on one side even baked Justin and Joe some cookies.

I have had some work done around the house in the past and today's experience with All Weather Windows was top notch. Dan Stagg and the install crew were excellent, great workers and cleaned up great. Also very polite and friendly. We had the whole house installed with new windows. We are extremely Satisfied!

The sales person was good, I learned all that I needed to know. I did not feel pressured, or stressed. The installer & his team were very professional & efficient. They worked like beavers from the moment they arrived. I have 2 dogs which was an added challenge, but the installers were very accommodating. There was a student assisting the team to whom I give a glowing rating. I really liked the installer too.(Brad) I will now be able to use my downstairs toilet in January without freezing lower regions in the cold draft. Yeayyy! I love all the light, ease of use, future energy savings, etc.

We have 3 companies refuse to tackle the replacement of our front door and side light. All Weather Windows came in and reassured us that there would be no problems. The entire process of 8window replacements from start to finish was handled professionally. The install was on time and the clean up was perfect. The windows we purchsaed are great and they recommended just the right functional style for our west facing windy conditions.
