The Salesman was very good - very professional, explained all the details of our options and pros/cons. Set expectations extremely well and over-achieved in all cases! We received timely communication - luckily it was always good news too. Top notch Installers- Wade did excellent work and he was both thorough and professional. He pointed out issues with the previous construction and offered tips on future renovation areas. The house was cleaner after he left than before he arrived! The windows and door are 1M times better than what we had - it really is a shame that builders don't spend the extra money up front to get quality product and installation done. In an era where it's tough even to get people to phone you back, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service from All Weather Windows. Not only did we receive timely and detailed updates at all times, but the service, right from the initial sales contact to the final installation, was excellent - far, far better than anything we've been used to. I was extremely happy with all aspects of Mike's service. I was very nervous about such a big purchase and changed my mind a few times, but Mike was very informative and knowledgable and put my mind very much at ease! Jacek and his partner were fabulous!! Tim was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We appreciate the on-the-spot computerized printed report. Excellent. Very professional and meticulous in the measurements and installation of our garden patio doors. The installer did his best to minimize dirt and dust in our house, and cleaned up material left outside the house. Very professional and polite. The built-in blinds provided the privacy we needed and we also appreciated the warmth and comfort on new garden patio doors.

I contacted 6 other companies for quotes. I was most impressed with the knowledge and approach of the salesman which is why I chose All Weather Windows. I was very happy with our installers, Jessie and Grant. It was a big job but they were very efficient and considerate of my 8 month old baby when it came time to install his bedroom window. I am VERY happy with the new windows and doors! I would recommend AWW to friends anytime.

The sales person helped us thru the process of choosing a door without pressuring us. They helped us make a decision by providing timely information re. security, privacy, style. The installation was clean. They explained why certain actions had to be made in installation. They also invited us to the site when decisions had to be made.
