Had these guys to come out and winterize our sprinkler system. They've done it for 2 years and have been fine. This is the third year and they didn't undo the hose like they've done in previous years. They hired a new guy this year and he missed this step. As a result, when I tried to use my tap, the sprinklers are flooded with water again. When I wrote and gave them a chance to make it right, they apologize but are not doing anything about it. So now I have to find another company this late on the season.

Be aware these guys have staff turnovers, poor training and the worst customer service when you run into real problems.

Oh and they increased their prices by approx 20%!
Stay away from these guys! They suck.

We have been using Solujan Lawn Sprinklers for 15 years now. They have installed 3 systems for us during this time for our various homes. They are very professional, do a fantastic job and I would not trust anyone else with my irrigation system! Keep up the great work!
