This is not the first time when I saved over 5000 dollars at closing using Yuri as my home inspector. I have been told by Yuri that the furnace reached its life expectancy and that the electrical panel location is not adequate. Therefore I requested in my offer to have the electrical panel relocated and the furnace to be certified by a licensed technician. The outcome was that I got the old furnace replaced with a brand new high efficiency furnace and the electrical panel relocated. Yes Yuri’s fee is approx. $50 more than the other home inspectors, but when you get one of the biggest investments of your life you better go with the pro.
