The hot tub we purchased from Jacuzzi Calgary on Centre St has been fantastic. We have received great customer service and they are always ready to answer any of our questions.

We were wanting to put in a hot tub in our backyard and called for a quote. Everything was told to us in easy to understand terms and explained extensively. We were so impressed we had to have it installed.

I have been working on home improvement projects for the past year and finally got around to the master bath. I went over to Jacuzzi Premium Spas and picked out a nice one. The sales staff was very attentive and helped me find the right tub within my price range. I'm so happy I waited and chose Jacuzzi Premium Spas.

I bought a sauna from these guys and they installed it for me and provided a great purchase experience. They were very helpful in my decision and I would recommend them for sure.

We've had our Jacuzzi tub for a year now. We love it, the service is great at Premium Jacuzzi and I wouldn't buy a hot tub anywhere else. If you are considering purchasing a hot tub, don't bother looking anywhere else. They take care of their customers!! We dealt with the South Jacuzzi Store.

Company and sales person kept me informed from the time of purchase to delivery. Email and follow ups really helped with water chemistry. Even when small problems developed with water, their testing and staff had it turned around and back to crystal clear within a couple of days with minimal effort on my part.
