Evergreen completed the stucco work at my house in June of 2010. Within three months cracking appreared in mouldings. Evergreen rep and owner visted with a promise of reparing and extended the warranty for an additional year. A written repair procedure was recommended by the manufactuer which was not followed by Evergreen. Several attempts have been made to circumvent the precscribed repais and none of them have worked. Over the winter mositure has gotten behind the mouldings and underneath the stucco requiring additional repairs. After dozens of call to their office a rep did show up and promised again to fix it the right way. That was three weeks ago, again several phone calls to the rep and the owner with no response. Stay away
