I contacted Perfect Stainless to measure, fabricate and install a stainless steel kitchen backsplash. Ehsan answered all of my questions and provided a quote the same day. I contacted three different companies for quotes and Perfect Stainless was mid-range on pricing but by far the best in terms of professionalism and responsiveness. After I signed the contract, Jonny came out the same day to take measurements. The company was able to fabricate and install by the next day. I was impressed by the quality and quick turnaround and would highly recommend Perfect Stainless to anyone.

Whenever I wanted to change or add something to my house I always go with this company. They are really amazing in many ways, they have good service, nice workers, reasonable prices, and they do their job so damn well good. I could not explain how amazing they do their job. I promise you if you go with this company to do anything, they won't fail you.

I realized a few weeks after the install that the installer had scratched the panel watched to the counter. He did not own up to this. I didn't notice right away because the labels are white and we weren't living in the house at the time. I should also mention that they left the counter more than a 1/4 inch short on each side. My woodworking guy was in the house and could've removed the panel for the install to ensure it was flush. I've had to fill it in with caulking but it does not look professional. I DO NOT recommend giving this company your hard earned cash, they clearly don't care about the work that they do. I'm now stuck with their incompetence until I redo the kitchen in like 3 decades when I can afford it again.

1st delivery - 1 of 4 brackets welded on wrong side of rail.
2nd - welding on 4 brackets unfinished & looks like bird poop.
3rd pickup did not bring truck to fit 10' rail.
4th pickup...who knows when?!?! So ridiculous to deal with this company that I must LOL...
