Although the product is lovely and the workmanship perfection be preparred to deal with Noreen and her policies. She is unflexible, unfriendly and does not deserve to be selling this beautiful product. I value customer service, it is what truely gets a company a good rating. Please try Green Mountain Soapstone in St Cathrines. They were great and I wish I gave them my business! ADDED:Our soapstone arrived and was installed. We continued to experience poor service, including a wild goose chase around the city, trying to collect something they forgot to bring with our original order. This is not just my perception, I was warned by others. Please take my warning seriously.
