I’ve never written a review before, but just had to give props to Dave, Tony and the team at ABW Air Systems! We needed to replace our AC and furnace so we called a few companies to quote. Every other sales rep that showed up was more confusing and sketchy than the other, we were soo relieved when we found ABW! For example, other companies wanted to charge $130 a year to maintain a standard warranty, some companies even pitched old obsolete models and technology, I caution you if you’re dealing with others. Right from the start, as soon as Dave and I sat down to discuss our furnace/ac needs, the vibe was good! No hard confusing pitch, no added costs, no pressure, just a good conversation about what I needed and how they could help. ABW is a family business and has been around for some 27 years. Now the second generation (Dave, Tony’s son) is continuing on with the exceptional sales/support/service, you’ll really understand what this means if you have a chance to compare them with others. I just cannot say enough positive things about ABW and their staff. Do yourself a favour and use them, you won’t be disappointed! ABW’s price will be very competitive, and you can be assured you’ll be getting the right products and no headaches. Tony Hale and his team possess all the traits we'd like to see when we hire contractors. They came to us highly recommended and met for a consultation where all of our questions were addressed. We were consulted on many issues throughout the project. They started right on time, they work diligently to complete the project on time.. The team is polite and courteous, they clean after themselves. are professional in every way. Tony takes the hassle out of the project by taking care of everything. He is extremely knowledgeable and does excellent work. We ran into a glitch with a semi-related part of the project, where another contractor let us down at the last minute with a time push back. Since this was a carefully planned project in preparation to moving in, timing was critical. Tony stepped in with his team and did the work the second sub-contractor was not able to do in a timely fashion to meet our deadlines. We were so delighted and surprised! Many would have said "not my problem, I did what you hired me to do" but Tony and his team took on the task themselves. They are truly an exceptional team with the highest standards in customer service, customer satisfaction and highly knowledgeable about HVAC systems. We highly recommend ABW Air Systems Ltd. I spent a lot of time calling around and getting estimates for a new AC unit and in the end I went with ABW Air. They did a great job, from the initial estimate to the final installation, everything was done very professionally. I plan on calling on ABW Air in the future for a new humidifier and regular maintenance for my furnace as well.

This family run business are truly a very professional team. I paid a reasonable price for a good quality product and a professional installation. It was scary out there trying to find contractor that we can fully trust to install AC in our new home. When we meet with John he was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process of the installation as well as describing how installation will look after the job was done. This installation was not just good it was perfect and I am very picky. All I can say is thank you guys on the job well done.

Tony and his staff were wonderful to deal, and very knowledgeable and helpful. The job was done earlier than quoted. Not only did they do the installation of product, but did some "clean up". I would recommend ABW to everyone I know who requires their services. Thanks!

Hi Tony, is truely a professional individual. I asked him his own opinion of the a/c models he recomends during his many years in the trade. When I e-mailed him, he was quick to respond !!. He sent his crew to perform the installation of a Keeprite 14 seer 2 ton unit on Mar 9/12. The weather reports said initially good weather. Buoy were they wrong!! Blowing snow, hail etc that day!! He should be proud of his crew , dispite the bad weather they were polite, fast, and respectful. Dispite me looking over their should ,since I am also a tradesman with a different skill!! They did a bang up Job. Thanks Guys
