We are very pleased with the work. He first came to our house to do measurements. Then we went to their office to pick out the material and get a quote. It was a very reasonable quote and the guys came while we were at work one day and finished on time.

Had carpet replaced serveral years ago but Loretta and it has held up very well - much better than the original 'builder's special' carpet. The carpet installation was good -- installers don't seem particularly happy as it seems that the owner may be a tough person to work for? However, from a customer perspective they are very professional and efficiently replaced the carpet at a good price. Do they speak perfect english? No, but their ability to communicate is just fine. That other review on here complaining about their communication seems a little unreasonable. Anyways, overall, good install. I assume that with any job, you probably want to inspect everything once the job is complete to ensure it is to your satisfaction.
