I am writing this review for Gani and Dove. I was shopping around for the kitchen granite countertop and I finally found Gani. I live in Mississauga I called Gani on the phone as they are located in the far east so I didn’t want to go there if the price is not good I had already decided the type of granite and I asked him how much roughly this sqft will cost I liked his price then at the same day I went to his place and I met him and Dove they went with me through the process make it easy for me. I decided that I will go for the whole house after I met them so instead of the kitchen I ended up with kitchen and 3 washrooms. They were very nice welcoming and what surprises me how fast their process. We agreed on the color and time. They came on time install everything professionally. They just did one mistake which is in one of the washrooms I remembered after I gave them the order that all the fixture is offwhile and not pure white so I called Dove to change the sink order but on the day of installation it was white. What I like about it is as soon as I noticed it they admit the mistake and right away they took the white sink and they didn’t charge me for anything till they came next day with the correct colour and they install it. I like everything except the colour on the master bedroom washroom however this is just my choice and nothing to do with their job. I would defiantly recommend Gani to anyone I already recommended him for 6 of my friends and 3 of them already install the granite and they are all happy with their choice. Gani was very nice at the beginning but once he got his $2500 cash, he avoided answering the phone with regards to replacing an island. I decided to use another cell and then they answered right away. Originally the sink counter was 4 inches cut too short and the pantry had 1/2 inches on each side. The installer said just put backsplash over to cover or maybe his own scrap pieces---we asked for a replacement. The island had a ugly (natural) crack diagonally. Gani said wait 5 days and call him back and if you're still not happy he'll replace it. After 4 phone calls they finally replaced the island. The workers didn't install it properly..since they lifted the old island counter very easily. I also noticed they missed the nails that went into the 2"x1" wood...the nail penetrated the inside of the counter. The amount of silicone the worker put on was minimal. When they left, I noticed there was barely any silicone on all counters to hold them. The undermount sink, the silicone was missing on the close to person side and water seeped through. The Stella undermount sink was very cheap and wasn't overall glued properly. Overall, the granite and the way it looks is fine in Gani's booklet but his workers suck and don't really care. There was no "arguing" or any multiple phone calls of complaints in this business transaction. Being a handyman, I put more silicone to secure all counters and sink properly. I did not want to call Gani again. Overall, the price was good for the product we got. It looks really good. However, the installers don't use enough silicone and do not install the sink securely. My sister in law who originally recommnended Gani later mentioned that he didn't return phone calls when they complained their undermount sink was sinking. I wish she told us that before. Your first impression with all the photos he shows on his site and his self made booklet is good work...but I disagree since the photos don't show the underlying quality. Apparently he's going back to India due to the "success" of his business. Good riddance. One of the workers indicated he had 19 years experience installing backsplash and was charging $200 labour. We declined after witnessing the uneven tile work he did at my wife's brother's house. I've attached a few pictures of errors and poor installation of sink by Gani's workers.

Dove and Gani are extraordinarily knowledgeable about granite and are very service oriented. As a contractor, I have used them in several kitchen installations, including my own. Their work was perfectly executed and I am more than satisfied. I am thrilled with their work and level of professionalism, and their product is second to none. And, they are great to do business with!
