Purchased a new furnace and central air conditioner from Holmes Heating and Cooling. The installers Warren and Andrew were fantastic. They were neat, concerned about my property and answered every question I had. Couple of little things to maybe follow up on, but very minor. Excellent install.

We have been with Holmes Heating for 27 years and had our air conditioning unit installed 12 years ago. Mr. Neil Durling arrived to perform a maintenance check; he was personable, polite, professional and completed the job efficiently. He found one part that was rusted and needed replacing. He went the extra mile, polishing the rust off of the piece in order to better read the serial code so that we would not need to wait to order a piece in. Mr. Durling fulfilled every expectation and more in providing excellent, quality service.

Just had A/C serviced by the same person - Sean G. - who serviced furnace. Very personable and efficient. I rarely take time to comment on service providers unless I feel they really are great at what they do. Sean has ensured we are getting the most out of our service contract . I feel he is honest and genuinely looking out for our best interest.

For the second year in a row Neil Durling did quick, professional job. Punctual and efficient with friendly approach understanding frustration of a homeowner in "distress" , Neil is someone we'd gladly recommend.

We have had an annual furnace contract with Holmes for many years and recently decided it was time to replace our 20 year old furnace and A/C. The sales rep from Holmes, Vaughan F., was most helpful in explaining the product lines and choices and answering our many questions. There was no sales pressure and the price was very competitive. Once we had made a decision to purchase, the installation was scheduled in a very timely manner. The installers, Troy H. and Jamie P., were punctual, professional and easy to deal with. We are very pleased with our new HVAC system and would highly recommend this company.

I had Holmes Heating install a new furnace, air condition, hot water tank and thermostat. Derek and Steve arrived at just after 8am. They were very thorough and easy to ask questions to. They did the job very well and were very thorough. They made sure that everything was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Holmes especially when they have workers like Derek and Steve. It was great!

Derek and Steve were very professional installers; worked well together, explained what they were doing, kept disruption to a minimum. They arrived on time and left when scheduled taking all "garbage" with them. They explained the working of the new furnace including the thermostat and assured us that if we had problems, just call and someone would help us over the phone or a technician would be sent to the house. The hot water tank installers were also efficient, although they did leave a mess, which is understandable given they were working with a tank which still had water in it. They did leave a rag soaking up the spilt water, but it was near the back of the tank, so not easily found!. The sales representative Dave was equally helpful, explained the products and provided additional explanations when required. All in all, it was a positive experience and surpassed any experience we have had with other heating companies. thank you!!!

I had a furnace and, a hot water heater installed, this Weekend. The appliances were installed in a timely fashion, by Derek and Steve they, were AMAZING, pleasant, knowledgeable, and on time. The installation was finished and,running before the estimated time allotted. I would recommend them to anyone.

Holmes is lucky to have Neil Durling. He is personable, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us well thought out advice for a new furnace from brand options to financing. When our old furnace had problems he was there on a Sunday afternoon. I couldn't have asked for more.
