Browns Cleaners

I took my white coat with black trim to Brown's cleaners on 1720 Bank St to dry clean. When I picked it up, I saw quite some of the black trim fell off. I didn't pick it up and asked for compensation. My coat was sent to their office, the guy who handled my case is Mike, he pointed his fingers right away to the manufacture. He said the label said dry clean, we dry cleaned, we didn't do anything wrong, why should we compensate you? Brown's Cleaners neither apologized nor take any responsibility.

I worked very close to the Browns location never drop off cleaning, but during a recent move, decide to have all drapery and bedding professionally cleaned. The service from drop off was great, they even noticed a small tear in one of the drapes and they called prior to repairing (given it was an additional fee). The best part was that given my sensitivity to many smells and irritants, they were great in using products that left everything looking clean and having no smells. Awesome!
