We had a small problem with our fridge, it was leaking and we couldn't figure out were it was coming from. We called trail appliance and spoke to a repair man. He told us the things to trouble shoot and possible repair. We carried out his suggestions and now the fridge works great. Didn't need repair man to come out.

Purchased an 8 person hot tub and had very good service and advice. We also had warranty issues a few months after we made the purchase and the service was excellent. The whole control pad had stopped functioning and the service team came out within 24 hours and replaced it.

Well I was pretty disappointed with the customer service I received when setting up this appointment the woman I spoke too contradicted herself, was snotty, condescending and totally uninterested in her job. The repairman however was fantastic. Friendly, kind and helpful. If it weren't for him I would have given this company a zero for everything!

We built a new home and purchased our kitchen appliances through Trail Appliances. The salesperson was extremely helpful in walking us through all our options and various features and we were extremely happy with our appliances. The salesperson was responsive to all our questions before, during and after our purchase.

We purchased all of our appliances for two homes at Trail. Their staff are very knowledgable, and worked with us to maximize value within our budget. We have been happy with their prices and service. They often have special offers and took the time to tell us about each of them so we could make a good decision.

Horrible post sales support. I purchased a fridge from Trail. Two walls were damaged during delivery. the fridge was damaged. I was told that replacement doors would be ordered. Close to a year later I am still dealing with this. Calls are not returned, information keeps changing. Lots of excuses with little action. My walls are still cracked, my fridge is still dented, weeks and months go by with promises of action but none taken. Buying an appliance shouldn't be this hard.

First of all I found Trail Appliances to have an excellent selection of kitchen (and other) appliances to choose from. The salesman was very helpful and assisted me with getting the right appliance to suit our needs (gas range) and fridge. Would recommend!

When I needed to purchase a new range, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They made it quite simple to make a choice. Item was delivered in a timely fashion and old appliance was removed.

Best little washer and dryer anyone could get. It fit into the bathroom clauset. The store gave us a great discount and referred a great installer. We've always got our applicances here, great selection & decent salespeople.
