Last year I had Verdun install windows at the back of my house, the patio door and front door. They did such a great job, I hired them this year to replace the front windows. The main reasons I hired them is they promised to fix some of the problems with the original windows, they were the best price and offered a great no bull warranty. Both last year and this year, the installers were on time, friendly, respectful of my home, did a great job and cleaned up well afterwards. Both times they also went the extra mile to fix a few things that weren't really related to my windows, like the half moon above my front windows. Would definitely recommend them without any hesitation!

The windows look great! The installers were very friendly and on time. I found that one side of the windows on the two that were installed, do not lock at all. Hopefully when the technician comes back, that he will correct the problem. Otherwise, I am very pleased that I did go with Verdun.

Fantastic experience with Verdun this week. I had shopped around for quotes and the Verdun price was very competitive but the warranty is what sold it for me. The response time was beyond expectation. The Sales person came out to take final measurements and place the order the same day that I called. Manufacturing the windows was done weeks earlier than the estimate and they were very accomodating when scheduling installation. The crew themselves were fast, friendly, professional and clean. Highly recommend Verdun!

In 2011, Verdun replaced 2 of our bay windows. We were so satisfied with the overall experience that we returned to have the remaining 11 windows replaced last week. Once again, from Sales to Installation to follow-up, we have been impressed with the consistent high level Verdun service, not to mention the excellent product. Thank you Verdun. Fantastic installers, polite, courteous and very professional. They made sure the window was glistening before they left! An added an unexpected touch was the matching of the flashing under the front door; covering up the old steel piece that was always rusting and driving me crazy. So unexpected and much appreciated. I will recommend Verdun to my friends and neighbours!

These guys worked with me to make sure I was totally satisfied with the windows they replaced throughout our house. We live in Toronto and the work was carried out in Ottawa--making it hard for me to be on top of things at all times. But they were!--- easy to work with, great product, warranty, installation, totally understanding of the challenges and accommodating on all fronts. Verdun Windows did an excellent job installation a new window and stained glass door in my home. They were very punctual, they deployed a great team that knew the trade in-side and out and I received first class service. I would highly recommend dealing with Verdun if you want a good job done.

Verdun was recommended by a friend & after lots of comparison shopping, we selected this company. The install was done on time & with little disruption to our house. I really like the look of the new bedroom windows which are now one large pane instead of two narrow side-by-sides - a suggestion from the salesman. Alex was very responsive to a concern I had after the installation. I do think the house was warmer this winter with the new windows.

Excellent service from start to finish. Received a very competitive quote and selected Verdun based on their reviews and some personal recommendations from friends. It was a very shot time from order to installation. My install crew consisted of Jack and Matt extremely efficient and professional their attention to detail was top notch. My stairs were cleaner after they left than they were before :) 10/10 am going to use them again when we get the main floor done.

We got the front and back door replaced at our condo in October and liked them so much, we got the same doors replaced in our new house this March (2013). Excellent, professional service throughout the entire process.
