We replaced our front door and 5 windows in the front of our house two years ago. We liked the service and went with Verdun when we replaced our kitchen window. One windows' seal was damaged and when we contacted Verdun, they replaced the window with no issues. I was impressed with the customer service for the warrenty work. The installation was on time, quick and professional. We are happy with the work.

The first time we used Verdun was for a double door, and full length side windows front entrance. We were so thrilled with the outcome that when we decided to replace all the back windows and side door on our house there was no discussion as to who to call. We decided to replace our old bay window with a new one this spring. Colin, Verdun’s sale representative was great at answering our questions and providing an immediate quote. He even came back to double check measurements and to ensure all details were reviewed before our installation. This was important as we purchased in the fall for a spring start. I was also impressed that the installers asked questions to confirm details and went further in adding to the design element of the vinyl siding and aluminum trim finish to complete the front side of the house. My only issue was the inside finish of the bottom of the window. It is made of quarter inch good one-side plywood. Which I thought was a poor choice of finish as the edge is prone to slivering. I realize that as the home owner, I can completely finish it however I choose to match my interior, but I didn’t realize that was how it would be finished on installation. In the end, the front of our house looks great and I would definitely call them back to finish the rest of the windows.

I have purchased a home which was built in 1988. The windows were original and needed to be replaced. I have had work done on a previous home with Verdun Doors & Windows, and was extremely pleased with their service. It was a pleasure to work with Michel Malette once again for my new home purchase. Michel is a terrific sales person who takes the time to explain in detail the best solutions for the selection of the new windows for my home, taking into consideration my taste, the overall look, and my budget. On installation date, there was a mix-up on the size of one window, but because Verdun Doors & Windows build their own windows, a new window was construction and shipped to my house within 2 hours. The job was completed within 5 hours!!!!! Including installing the replacement window shipped directly from their production plant. A total of 11 windows were installed in less than a day!!!!!!! Once the installation crew left, the was no sign of them even being present on site, they removed all the old windows and took them away. They cleaned up after themselves, it was a if they had never been there. The only thing they left behind were my beautiful new windows!!!! Found the service rep to be thorough. We had choices that were pointed out to us. Measurements were carefully taken and once installation was done everything fit perfectly. Service installation was speedy and neat

All the windows and patio glass door were changed during a snow storm in 2010. But this did not bother the workmen. They did wha they had to do. Although there were adjustments made days after, these were all corrected. Mess were cleaned up the way we like it. Today they were back for a new front door, What an excellent choice we made. The full glass sandblasted finish was stunning! What a diffence. Again, Verdun men did a clean job. Both jobs were done perfectly! Thanks! As the saying goes...you get what you paid for.
