Very helpful in helping us choose what would best suit our steps and porch area after showing photos of it. Cheapest and best service but very high quality product. Precision-cut and they made sure we knew what we were getting ourselves into!

The gentleman was very helpful and polite. He knew my wife was ill and needed railings for support. He even suggested that the railing not stop at the last step but actually go to the walkway, so she'd have support when climbing the stairs. The promised to install within four business days because of our situation.

We obtained multiple quotes for this job and CPL came in susbtantially cheaper than others and even threw some extras in. Everyone was nice, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with.
