5+ Stars! Roy Dennis Roofing came through when my original roofer couldn’t. 3 months waiting for my original roofer and my wife was done. The company needed 5 dry days to install a torch-on roof. 5 dry days during Vancouver’s rainy season is next to impossible. Called Shayne at RDR and his crew of 7 had my roof done in 3 days. Shayne turned mission impossible to mission possible. RDR crew was friendly, professional and efficient. Should have listened to my wife and went with RDR in the first place. #WifeKnowsBest.

The new roof was paid for by the previous owner. I found the staff to be friendly, respectful of our privacy and efficient at replacing our roof in June 2017. We also received new gutters.

Save yourself headache and stay away from these clowns. Unprofessional, untrained staff. Please do your research before give any work to these guys. You will regret dealing with them as I do.

We called for a free estimate and experienced a delay in the response. Once they were aware of the delay, the manager was at our house the next morning and it was repaired the day after. Excellent service, value and quality. Thank you Eric Dennis.

Got a new roof from them 5 years ago, 1-2 years ago it started leaking and they "repaired" it, only for us to find that another 1-2 years later it started leaking yet again. Contacted them, they did not phone back, just sent someone there unannounced - roof is covered under a 10 year warranty however the guy who came said the warranty was void because a pipe was sticking out of the roof which is where the leak originated (they never pointed this out to us when they first did our roof). I am now taking my complaint to the better business bureau, this should be covered under the warranty but they refuse to fix it. Very rude people on staff as well who will not return our calls. Apparently this company passed from father to sons, used to be good but has really gone down the tubes according to colleagues.
